בְּ רֵאשִׁ֖ית בָּרָ֣א אֱלֹהִ֑ים אֵ֥ת הַ שָּׁמַ֖יִם וְ אֵ֥ת הָ אָֽרֶץ

ἐν ἀρχῇ ἐποίησεν ὁ θεὸς τὸν οὐρανὸν καὶ τὴν γῆν

וְ הָ אָ֗רֶץ הָיְתָ֥ה תֹ֨הוּ֙ וָ בֹ֔הוּ וְ חֹ֖שֶׁךְ עַל פְּנֵ֣י תְה֑וֹם וְ ר֣וּחַ אֱלֹהִ֔ים מְרַחֶ֖פֶת עַל פְּנֵ֥י הַ מָּֽיִם

ἡ δὲ γῆ ἦν ἀόρατος καὶ ἀκατασκεύαστος καὶ σκότος ἐπάνω τῆς ἀβύσσου καὶ πνεῦμα θεοῦ ἐπεφέρετο ἐπάνω τοῦ ὕδατος

Terra autem erat inánis et vácua et ténebræ erant super fáciem abýssi et Spíritus Dei ferebátur super aquas

ו ה ארץ היתה תהו ו בהו ו חשׁך על פני תהום ו רוח אלהים מרחפת על פני ה מים
2
And the earth was without form and void and darkness [ was ] upon the face of the deep And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters

καὶ εἶπεν ὁ θεός γενηθήτω φῶς καὶ ἐγένετο φῶς

Dixítque Deus Fiat lux Et facta est lux

ו יאמר אלהים יהי אור ו יהי אור

And God said Let there be light and there was light

וַ יַּ֧רְא אֱלֹהִ֛ים אֶת הָ א֖וֹר כִּי ט֑וֹב וַ יַּבְדֵּ֣ל אֱלֹהִ֔ים בֵּ֥ין הָ א֖וֹר וּ בֵ֥ין הַ חֹֽשֶׁךְ

καὶ εἶδεν ὁ θεὸς τὸ φῶς ὅτι καλόν καὶ διεχώρισεν ὁ θεὸς ἀνὰ μέσον τοῦ φωτὸς καὶ ἀνὰ μέσον τοῦ σκότους

Et vidit Deus lucem quod esset bona et divísit lucem a ténebris

ו ירא אלהים את ה אור כי טוב ו יבדל אלהים בין ה אור ו בין ה חשׁך
4
And God saw the light that [ it was ] good and God divided the light from the darkness

καὶ ἐκάλεσεν ὁ θεὸς τὸ φῶς ἡμέραν καὶ τὸ σκότος ἐκάλεσεν νύκτα καὶ ἐγένετο ἑσπέρα καὶ ἐγένετο πρωί ἡμέρα μία

Appellavítque lucem Diem et ténebras Noctem factúmque est véspere et mane dies unus

ו יקרא אלהים ל אור יום ו ל חשׁך קרא לילה ו יהי ערב ו יהי בקר יום אחד

And God called the light Day and the darkness he called Night And the evening and the morning were the first day

καὶ εἶπεν ὁ θεός γενηθήτω στερέωμα ἐν μέσῳ τοῦ ὕδατος καὶ ἔστω διαχωρίζον ἀνὰ μέσον ὕδατος καὶ ὕδατος καὶ ἐγένετο οὕτως

Dixit quoque Deus Fiat firmaméntum in médio aquárum et dívidat aquas ab aquis

ו יאמר אלהים יהי רקיע ב תוך ה מים ו יהי מבדיל בין מים ל מים
6
And God said Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters and let it divide the waters from the waters

וַ יַּ֣עַשׂ אֱלֹהִים֮ אֶת הָ רָקִיעַ֒ וַ יַּבְדֵּ֗ל בֵּ֤ין הַ מַּ֨יִם֙ אֲשֶׁר֙ מִ תַּ֣חַת לָ רָקִ֔יעַ וּ בֵ֣ין הַ מַּ֔יִם אֲשֶׁ֖ר מֵ עַ֣ל לָ רָקִ֑יעַ וַֽ יְהִי כֵֽן

καὶ ἐποίησεν ὁ θεὸς τὸ στερέωμα καὶ διεχώρισεν ὁ θεὸς ἀνὰ μέσον τοῦ ὕδατος ὃ ἦν ὑποκάτω τοῦ στερεώματος καὶ ἀνὰ μέσον τοῦ ὕδατος τοῦ ἐπάνω τοῦ στερεώματος

Et fecit Deus firmaméntum divisítque aquas quæ erant sub firmaménto ab his quæ erant super firmaméntum Et factum est ita

ו יעשׂ אלהים את ה רקיע ו יבדל בין ה מים אשׁר מ תחת ל רקיע ו בין ה מים אשׁר מ על ל רקיע ו יהי כן

And God made the firmament and divided the waters which [ were ] under the firmament from the waters which [ were ] above the firmament and it was so

καὶ ἐκάλεσεν ὁ θεὸς τὸ στερέωμα οὐρανόν καὶ εἶδεν ὁ θεὸς ὅτι καλόν καὶ ἐγένετο ἑσπέρα καὶ ἐγένετο πρωί ἡμέρα δευτέρα

Vocavítque Deus firmaméntum Cælum et factum est véspere et mane dies secúndus

ו יקרא אלהים ל רקיע שׁמים ו יהי ערב ו יהי בקר יום שׁני
8
And God called the firmament Heaven And the evening and the morning were the second day

וַ יֹּ֣אמֶר אֱלֹהִ֗ים יִקָּו֨וּ הַ מַּ֜יִם מִ תַּ֤חַת הַ שָּׁמַ֨יִם֙ אֶל מָק֣וֹם אֶחָ֔ד וְ תֵרָאֶ֖ה הַ יַּבָּשָׁ֑ה וַֽ יְהִי כֵֽן

καὶ εἶπεν ὁ θεός συναχθήτω τὸ ὕδωρ τὸ ὑποκάτω τοῦ οὐρανοῦ εἰς συναγωγὴν μίαν καὶ ὀφθήτω ἡ ξηρά καὶ ἐγένετο οὕτως καὶ συνήχθη τὸ ὕδωρ τὸ ὑποκάτω τοῦ οὐρανοῦ εἰς τὰς συναγωγὰς αὐτῶν καὶ ὤφθη ἡ ξηρά

Dixit vero Deus Congregéntur aquæ quæ sub cælo sunt in locum unum et appáreat árida Et factum est ita

ו יאמר אלהים יקוו ה מים מ תחת ה שׁמים אל מקום אחד ו תראה ה יבשׁה ו יהי כן

And God said Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place and let the dry [ land ] appear and it was so

וַ יִּקְרָ֨א אֱלֹהִ֤ים לַ יַּבָּשָׁה֙ אֶ֔רֶץ וּ לְ מִקְוֵ֥ה הַ מַּ֖יִם קָרָ֣א יַמִּ֑ים וַ יַּ֥רְא אֱלֹהִ֖ים כִּי טֽוֹב
10
καὶ ἐκάλεσεν ὁ θεὸς τὴν ξηρὰν γῆν καὶ τὰ συστήματα τῶν ὑδάτων ἐκάλεσεν θαλάσσας καὶ εἶδεν ὁ θεὸς ὅτι καλόν
10
Et vocávit Deus áridam Terram congregationésque aquárum appellávit Mária Et vidit Deus quod esset bonum

ו יקרא אלהים ל יבשׁה ארץ ו ל מקוה ה מים קרא ימים ו ירא אלהים כי טוב
10
And God called the dry [ land ] Earth and the gathering together of the waters called he Seas and God saw that [ it was ] good

וַ יֹּ֣אמֶר אֱלֹהִ֗ים תַּֽדְשֵׁ֤א הָ אָ֨רֶץ֙ דֶּ֔שֶׁא עֵ֚שֶׂב מַזְרִ֣יעַ זֶ֔רַע עֵ֣ץ פְּרִ֞י עֹ֤שֶׂה פְּרִי֙ לְ מִינ֔ וֹ אֲשֶׁ֥ר זַרְע וֹ ב֖ וֹ עַל הָ אָ֑רֶץ וַֽ יְהִי כֵֽן
11
καὶ εἶπεν ὁ θεός βλαστησάτω ἡ γῆ βοτάνην χόρτου σπεῖρον σπέρμα κατὰ γένος καὶ καθ' ὁμοιότητα καὶ ξύλον κάρπιμον ποιοῦν καρπόν οὗ τὸ σπέρμα αὐτοῦ ἐν αὐτῷ κατὰ γένος ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς καὶ ἐγένετο οὕτως

Et ait Gérminet terra herbam viréntem et faciéntem semen et lignum pomíferum fáciens fructum iuxta genus suum cuius semen in semetípso sit super terram Et factum est ita

ו יאמר אלהים תדשׁא ה ארץ דשׁא עשׂב מזריע זרע ו עץ פרי עשׂה פרי ל מינו אשׁר זרעו בו על ה ארץ ו יהי כן
11
And God said Let the earth bring forth grass the herb yielding seed [ and ] the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind whose seed [ is ] in itself upon the earth and it was so

וַ תּוֹצֵ֨א הָ אָ֜רֶץ דֶּ֠שֶׁא עֵ֣שֶׂב מַזְרִ֤יעַ זֶ֨רַע֙ לְ מִינֵ֔ הוּ וְ עֵ֧ץ עֹֽשֶׂה פְּרִ֛י אֲשֶׁ֥ר זַרְע וֹ ב֖ וֹ לְ מִינֵ֑ הוּ וַ יַּ֥רְא אֱלֹהִ֖ים כִּי טֽוֹב

καὶ ἐξήνεγκεν ἡ γῆ βοτάνην χόρτου σπεῖρον σπέρμα κατὰ γένος καὶ καθ' ὁμοιότητα καὶ ξύλον κάρπιμον ποιοῦν καρπόν οὗ τὸ σπέρμα αὐτοῦ ἐν αὐτῷ κατὰ γένος ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς καὶ εἶδεν ὁ θεὸς ὅτι καλόν

Et prótulit terra herbam viréntem et faciéntem semen iuxta genus suum lignúmque fáciens fructum et habens unumquódque seméntem secúndum spéciem suam Et vidit Deus quod esset bonum

ו תוצא ה ארץ דשׁא עשׂב מזריע זרע ל מינהו ו עץ עשׂה פרי אשׁר זרעו בו ל מינהו ו ירא אלהים כי טוב

And the earth brought forth grass [ and ] herb yielding seed after his kind and the tree yielding fruit whose seed [ was ] in itself after his kind and God saw that [ it was ] good

καὶ ἐγένετο ἑσπέρα καὶ ἐγένετο πρωί ἡμέρα τρίτη

Et factum est véspere et mane dies tértius

ו יהי ערב ו יהי בקר יום שׁלישׁי

And the evening and the morning were the third day
14
וַ יֹּ֣אמֶר אֱלֹהִ֗ים יְהִ֤י מְאֹרֹת֙ בִּ רְקִ֣יעַ הַ שָּׁמַ֔יִם לְ הַבְדִּ֕יל בֵּ֥ין הַ יּ֖וֹם וּ בֵ֣ין הַ לָּ֑יְלָה וְ הָי֤וּ לְ אֹתֹת֙ וּ לְ מ֣וֹעֲדִ֔ים וּ לְ יָמִ֖ים וְ שָׁנִֽים
14
καὶ εἶπεν ὁ θεός γενηθήτωσαν φωστῆρες ἐν τῷ στερεώματι τοῦ οὐρανοῦ εἰς φαῦσιν τῆς γῆς τοῦ διαχωρίζειν ἀνὰ μέσον τῆς ἡμέρας καὶ ἀνὰ μέσον τῆς νυκτὸς καὶ ἔστωσαν εἰς σημεῖα καὶ εἰς καιροὺς καὶ εἰς ἡμέρας καὶ εἰς ἐνιαυτοὺς

Dixit autem Deus Fiant luminária in firmaménto cæli et dívidant diem ac noctem et sint in signa et témpora et dies et annos

ו יאמר אלהים יהי מאורות ב רקיע ה שׁמים ל האיר על ה ארץ ו ל הבדיל בין ה יום ו בין ה לילה ו היו ל אתות ו ל מועדים ו ל ימים ו שׁנים

And God said Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night and let them be for signs and for seasons and for days and years

καὶ ἔστωσαν εἰς φαῦσιν ἐν τῷ στερεώματι τοῦ οὐρανοῦ ὥστε φαίνειν ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς καὶ ἐγένετο οὕτως

ut lúceant in firmaménto cæli et illúminent terram Et factum est ita

ו היו ל מאורות ב רקיע ה שׁמים ל האיר על ה ארץ ו יהי כן
15
And let them be for lights in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth and it was so

וַ יַּ֣עַשׂ אֱלֹהִ֔ים אֶת שְׁנֵ֥י הַ מְּאֹרֹ֖ת הַ גְּדֹלִ֑ים אֶת הַ מָּא֤וֹר הַ גָּדֹל֙ לְ מֶמְשֶׁ֣לֶת הַ יּ֔וֹם וְ אֶת הַ מָּא֤וֹר הַ קָּטֹן֙ לְ מֶמְשֶׁ֣לֶת הַ לַּ֔יְלָה וְ אֵ֖ת הַ כּוֹכָבִֽים

καὶ ἐποίησεν ὁ θεὸς τοὺς δύο φωστῆρας τοὺς μεγάλους τὸν φωστῆρα τὸν μέγαν εἰς ἀρχὰς τῆς ἡμέρας καὶ τὸν φωστῆρα τὸν ἐλάσσω εἰς ἀρχὰς τῆς νυκτός καὶ τοὺς ἀστέρας
16
Fecítque Deus duo luminária magna lumináre maius ut præésset diéi et lumináre minus ut præésset nocti et stellas
16
ו יעשׂ אלהים את שׁני ה מאורות ה גדלים את ה מאור ה גדול ל ממשׁלת ה יום ו את ה מאור ה קטן ל ממשׁלת ה לילה ו את ה כוכבים
16
And God made two great lights the greater light to rule the day and the lesser light to rule the night [ he made ] the stars also
17
וַ יִּתֵּ֥ן אֹתָ֛ ם אֱלֹהִ֖ים בִּ רְקִ֣יעַ הַ שָּׁמָ֑יִם לְ הָאִ֖יר עַל הָ אָֽרֶץ
17
καὶ ἔθετο αὐτοὺς ὁ θεὸς ἐν τῷ στερεώματι τοῦ οὐρανοῦ ὥστε φαίνειν ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς
17
Et pósuit eas in firmaménto cæli ut lucérent super terram
17
ו יתן אתם אלהים ב רקיע ה שׁמים ל האיר על ה ארץ
17
And God set them in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth

וְ לִ מְשֹׁל֙ בַּ יּ֣וֹם וּ בַ לַּ֔יְלָה וּֽ לֲ הַבְדִּ֔יל בֵּ֥ין הָ א֖וֹר וּ בֵ֣ין הַ חֹ֑שֶׁךְ וַ יַּ֥רְא אֱלֹהִ֖ים כִּי טֽוֹב

καὶ ἄρχειν τῆς ἡμέρας καὶ τῆς νυκτὸς καὶ διαχωρίζειν ἀνὰ μέσον τοῦ φωτὸς καὶ ἀνὰ μέσον τοῦ σκότους καὶ εἶδεν ὁ θεὸς ὅτι καλόν

et præéssent diéi ac nocti et divíderent lucem ac ténebras Et vidit Deus quod esset bonum

ו ל משׁל ב יום ו ב לילה ו ל הבדיל בין ה אור ו בין ה חשׁך ו ירא אלהים כי טוב

And to rule over the day and over the night and to divide the light from the darkness and God saw that [ it was ] good

וַ יֹּ֣אמֶר אֱלֹהִ֔ים יִשְׁרְצ֣וּ הַ מַּ֔יִם שֶׁ֖רֶץ נֶ֣פֶשׁ חַיָּ֑ה וְ עוֹף֙ יְעוֹפֵ֣ף עַל הָ אָ֔רֶץ עַל פְּנֵ֖י רְקִ֥יעַ הַ שָּׁמָֽיִם

καὶ εἶπεν ὁ θεός ἐξαγαγέτω τὰ ὕδατα ἑρπετὰ ψυχῶν ζωσῶν καὶ πετεινὰ πετόμενα ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς κατὰ τὸ στερέωμα τοῦ οὐρανοῦ καὶ ἐγένετο οὕτως

Dixit étiam Deus Prodúcant aquæ réptile ánimæ vivéntis et volátile super terram sub firmaménto cæli

ו יאמר אלהים ישׁרצו ה מים שׁרץ נפשׁ חיה ו עוף יעפף על ה ארץ על פני רקיע ה שׁמים
20
And God said Let the waters bring forth abundantly the moving creature that hath life and fowl [ that ] may fly above the earth in the open firmament of heaven

וַ יִּבְרָ֣א אֱלֹהִ֔ים אֶת הַ תַּנִּינִ֖ם הַ גְּדֹלִ֑ים וְ אֵ֣ת כָּל נֶ֣פֶשׁ הַֽ חַיָּ֣ה הָֽ רֹמֶ֡שֶׂת אֲשֶׁר֩ שָׁרְצ֨וּ הַ מַּ֜יִם לְ מִֽינֵ הֶ֗ם וְ אֵ֨ת כָּל ע֤וֹף כָּנָף֙ לְ מִינֵ֔ הוּ וַ יַּ֥רְא אֱלֹהִ֖ים כִּי טֽוֹב

καὶ ἐποίησεν ὁ θεὸς τὰ κήτη τὰ μεγάλα καὶ πᾶσαν ψυχὴν ζῴων ἑρπετῶν ἃ ἐξήγαγεν τὰ ὕδατα κατὰ γένη αὐτῶν καὶ πᾶν πετεινὸν πτερωτὸν κατὰ γένος καὶ εἶδεν ὁ θεὸς ὅτι καλά

Creavítque Deus Cete grándia et omnem ánimam vivéntem atque motábilem quam prodúxerant aquæ in spécies suas et omne volátile secúndum genus suum Et vidit Deus quod esset bonum

ו יברא אלהים את ה תנינים ה גדלים ו את כל נפשׁ ה חיה ה רמשׂת אשׁר שׁרצו ה מים ל מיניהם ו את כל עוף כנף ל מינהו ו ירא אלהים כי טוב
21
And God created great whales and every living creature that moveth which the waters brought forth abundantly after their kind and every winged fowl after his kind and God saw that [ it was ] good

וַ יְבָ֧רֶךְ אֹתָ֛ ם אֱלֹהִ֖ים לֵ אמֹ֑ר פְּר֣וּ וּ רְב֗וּ וּ מִלְא֤וּ אֶת הַ מַּ֨יִם֙ בַּ יַּמִּ֔ים וְ הָ ע֖וֹף יִ֥רֶב בָּ אָֽרֶץ

καὶ ηὐλόγησεν αὐτὰ ὁ θεὸς λέγων αὐξάνεσθε καὶ πληθύνεσθε καὶ πληρώσατε τὰ ὕδατα ἐν ταῖς θαλάσσαις καὶ τὰ πετεινὰ πληθυνέσθωσαν ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς

Benedixítque eis dicens Créscite et multiplicámini et repléte aquas maris avésque multiplicéntur super terram

ו יברך אתם אלהים ל אמר פרו ו רבו ו מלאו את ה מים ב ימים ו ה עוף ירבה ב ארץ

And God blessed them saying Be fruitful and multiply and fill the waters in the seas and let fowl multiply in the earth

καὶ εἶπεν ὁ θεός ἐξαγαγέτω ἡ γῆ ψυχὴν ζῶσαν κατὰ γένος τετράποδα καὶ ἑρπετὰ καὶ θηρία τῆς γῆς κατὰ γένος καὶ ἐγένετο οὕτως

Dixit quoque Deus Prodúcat terra ánimam vivéntem in génere suo iuménta et reptília et béstias terræ secúndum spécies suas Factúmque est ita

ו יאמר אלהים תוצא ה ארץ נפשׁ חיה ל מינה בהמה ו רמשׂ ו חית ה ארץ ל מינה ו יהי כן

And God said Let the earth bring forth the living creature after his kind cattle and creeping thing and beast of the earth after his kind and it was so

καὶ ἐποίησεν ὁ θεὸς τὰ θηρία τῆς γῆς κατὰ γένος καὶ τὰ κτήνη κατὰ γένος καὶ πάντα τὰ ἑρπετὰ τῆς γῆς κατὰ γένος αὐτῶν καὶ εἶδεν ὁ θεὸς ὅτι καλά

Et fecit Deus béstias terræ iuxta spécies suas et iuménta et omne réptile terræ in génere suo Et vidit Deus quod esset bonum

ו יעשׂ אלהים את חית ה ארץ ל מינה ו את ה בהמה ל מינה ו את כל רמשׂ ה אדמה ל מינהו ו ירא אלהים כי טוב

And God made the beast of the earth after his kind and cattle after their kind and every thing that creepeth upon the earth after his kind and God saw that [ it was ] good

καὶ εἶπεν ὁ θεός ποιήσωμεν ἄνθρωπον κατ' εἰκόνα ἡμετέραν καὶ καθ' ὁμοίωσιν καὶ ἀρχέτωσαν τῶν ἰχθύων τῆς θαλάσσης καὶ τῶν πετεινῶν τοῦ οὐρανοῦ καὶ τῶν κτηνῶν καὶ πάσης τῆς γῆς καὶ πάντων τῶν ἑρπετῶν τῶν ἑρπόντων ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς

et ait Faciámus Hóminem ad imáginem et similitúdinem nostram et præsit píscibus maris et volatílibus cæli et béstiis universǽque terræ omníque réptili quod movétur in terra

ו יאמר אלהים נעשׂה אדם ב צלמנו ו כ דמותנו ו ירדו ב דגת ה ים ו ב עוף ה שׁמים ו ב בהמה ו ב כל ה ארץ ו ב כל ה רמשׂ ה רמשׂ על ה ארץ

And God said Let us make man in our image after our likeness and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the fowl of the air and over the cattle and over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth

וַ יִּבְרָ֨א אֱלֹהִ֤ים אֶת הָֽ אָדָם֙ בְּ צַלְמ֔ וֹ בְּ צֶ֥לֶם אֱלֹהִ֖ים בָּרָ֣א אֹת֑ וֹ זָכָ֥ר וּ נְקֵבָ֖ה בָּרָ֥א אֹתָֽ ם

καὶ ἐποίησεν ὁ θεὸς τὸν ἄνθρωπον κατ' εἰκόνα θεοῦ ἐποίησεν αὐτόν ἄρσεν καὶ θῆλυ ἐποίησεν αὐτούς

Et creávit Deus hóminem ad imáginem suam ad imáginem Dei creávit illum másculum et féminam creávit eos

ו יברא אלהים את ה אדם ב צלמו ב צלם אלהים ברא אתו זכר ו נקבה ברא אתם

So God created man in his [ own ] image in the image of God created he him male and female created he them

And God blessed them and God said unto them Be fruitful and multiply and replenish the earth and subdue it and have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the fowl of the air and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth

καὶ εἶπεν ὁ θεός ἰδοὺ δέδωκα ὑμῖν πᾶν χόρτον σπόριμον σπεῖρον σπέρμα ὅ ἐστιν ἐπάνω πάσης τῆς γῆς καὶ πᾶν ξύλον ὃ ἔχει ἐν ἑαυτῷ καρπὸν σπέρματος σπορίμου ὑμῖν ἔσται εἰς βρῶσιν

Dixítque Deus Ecce dedi vobis omnem herbam afferéntem semen super terram et univérsa ligna quæ habent in semetípsis seméntem géneris sui ut sint vobis in escam

And God said Behold I have given you every herb bearing seed which [ is ] upon the face of all the earth and every tree in the which [ is ] the fruit of a tree yielding seed to you it shall be for meat

ו ל כל חית ה ארץ ו ל כל עוף ה שׁמים ו ל כל ה רמשׂ על ה ארץ אשׁר בו נפשׁ חיה את כל ירק עשׂב ל אכלה ו יהי כן

And to every beast of the earth and to every fowl of the air and to every thing that creepeth upon the earth wherein [ there is ] life [ I have given ] every green herb for meat and it was so

וַ יַּ֤רְא אֱלֹהִים֙ אֶת כָּל אֲשֶׁ֣ר עָשָׂ֔ה וְ הִנֵּה ט֖וֹב מְאֹ֑ד וַֽ יְהִי עֶ֥רֶב וַֽ יְהִי בֹ֖קֶר י֥וֹם הַ שִּׁשִּֽׁי

καὶ εἶδεν ὁ θεὸς τὰ πάντα ὅσα ἐποίησεν καὶ ἰδοὺ καλὰ λίαν καὶ ἐγένετο ἑσπέρα καὶ ἐγένετο πρωί ἡμέρα ἕκτη

Vidítque Deus cuncta quæ fécerat et erant valde bona Et factum est véspere et mane dies sextus
