בֶּן־שְׁמוֹנֶ֥ה שָׁנִ֖ים יֹאשִׁיָּ֣הוּ בְמָלְכ֑וֹ וּשְׁלֹשִׁ֤ים וְאַחַת֙ שָׁנָ֔ה מָלַ֖ךְ בִּירוּשָׁלִָֽם׃

καὶ κατέσπασεν τὰ κατὰ πρόσωπον αὐτοῦ τὰ θυσιαστήρια τῶν Βααλεὶμ καὶ τὰ ὑψηλὰ τὰ ἐπ᾽ αὐτῶν, καὶ ἔκοψεν τὰ ἄλση καὶ τὰ γλυπτά, καὶ τὰ χωνευτά συνέτριψεν καὶ ἐλέπτυνεν καὶ ἔρριψεν ἐπὶ πρόσωπον τῶν μνημάτων τῶν θυσιαζόντων αὐτοῖς ·

καὶ ἦλθον πρὸς Χελκείαν τὸν ἱερέα τὸν μέγαν, καὶ ἔδωκαν τὸ ἀργύριον τὸ εἰσενεχθὲν εἰς οἶκον θεοῦ, ὃ συνήγαγον οἱ Λευεῖται φυλάσσοντες τὴν πύλην ἐκ χειρὸς Μανασσὴ καὶ Ἐφράιμ καὶ τῶν ἀρχόντων καὶ ἀπὸ παντὸς καταλοίπου ἐν Ἰσραὴλ καὶ υἱῶν Ἰούδα καὶ Βενιαμεὶν καὶ οἰκούντων ἐν Ἰερουσαλήμ.

וַֽיִּתְּנ֗וּ עַל־יַד֙ עֹשֵׂ֣ה הַמְּלָאכָ֔ה הַמֻּפְקָדִ֖ים בְּבֵ֣ית יְהוָ֑ה וַיִּתְּנ֨וּ אֹת֜וֹ עוֹשֵׂ֣י הַמְּלָאכָ֗ה אֲשֶׁ֤ר עֹשִׂים֙ בְּבֵ֣ית יְהוָ֔ה לִבְדּ֥וֹק וּלְחַזֵּ֖ק הַבָּֽיִת׃
