כֹּ֚ה אָמַ֣ר יְהוָ֔ה הִנְנִי֙ מֵעִ֣יר עַל־בָּבֶ֔ל וְאֶל־יֹשְׁבֵ֖י לֵ֣ב קָמָ֑י ר֖וּחַ מַשְׁחִֽית׃

Τάδε λέγει Κύριος Ἰδοὺ ἐγὼ ἐξεγείρω ἐπὶ Βαβυλῶνα καὶ ἐπὶ τοὺς κατοικοῦντας Χαλδαίους ἄνεμον καύσωνα διαφθείροντα.

καὶ ἐξαποστελῶ εἰς Βαβυλῶνα ὑβριστάς, καὶ καθυβρίσουσιν αὐτὴν καὶ λυμανοῦνται τὴν γῆν αὐτῆς · οὐαὶ ἐπὶ Βαβυλῶνα κυκλόθεν ἐν ἡμέρᾳ κακώσεως αὐτῆς.

Et mittam in Babylónem ventilatóres, et ventilábunt eam, et demoliéntur terram eius: quóniam venérunt super eam úndique in die afflictiónis eius.

τεινέτω τείνων τὸ τόξον αὐτοῦ, καὶ περιθέσθω ἐστὶν ὅπλα αὐτοῦ, καὶ μὴ φείσησθε ἐπὶ νεανίσκους αὐτῆς καὶ ἀφανίσατε πᾶσαν τὴν δύναμιν αὐτῆς.

φεύγετε ἐκ μέσου Βαβυλῶνος καὶ ἀνασώζετε ἕκαστος τὴν ψυχὴν αὐτοῦ, καὶ μὴ ἀποριφῆτε ἐν τῇ ἀδικίᾳ αὐτῆς, ὅτι καιρὸς ἐκδικήσεως αὐτῆς ἐστιν παρὰ Κυρίου, ἀνταπόδομα αὐτὸς ἀνταποδίδωσιν αὐτῇ.
