וַיִּקְרְב֥וּ יְמֵֽי־דָוִ֖ד לָמ֑וּת וַיְצַ֛ו אֶת־שְׁלֹמֹ֥ה בְנ֖וֹ לֵאמֹֽר׃

Καὶ ἤγγισαν αἱ ἡμέραι Δαυεὶδ ἀποθανεῖν αὐτόν, καὶ ἀπεκρίνατο Σαλωμὼν υἱῷ αὐτοῦ λέγων

וְשָׁמַרְתָּ֞ אֶת־מִשְׁמֶ֣רֶת ׀ יְהוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֶ֗יךָ לָלֶ֤כֶת בִּדְרָכָיו֙ לִשְׁמֹ֨ר חֻקֹּתָ֤יו מִצְוֺתָיו֙ וּמִשְׁפָּטָ֣יו וְעֵדְוֺתָ֔יו כַּכָּת֖וּב בְּתוֹרַ֣ת מֹשֶׁ֑ה לְמַ֣עַן תַּשְׂכִּ֗יל אֵ֚ת כָּל־אֲשֶׁ֣ר תַּֽעֲשֶׂ֔ה וְאֵ֛ת כָּל־אֲשֶׁ֥ר תִּפְנֶ֖ה שָֽׁם׃

καὶ φυλάξεις φυλακὴν θεοῦ σου τοῦ πορεύεσθαι ἐν ταῖς ὁδοῖς αὐτοῦ, φυλάσσειν τὰς ἐντολὰς αὐτοῦ καὶ τὰ δικαιώματα καὶ τὰ κρίματα τὰ γεγραμμένα ἐν νόμῳ Μωυσέως, ἵνα συνήσεις ποιήσεις κατὰ πάντα ὅσα ἂν ἐντείλωμαί σοι ·

Et obsérva custódias Dómini Dei tui, ut ámbules in viis eius: ut custódias cæremónias eius, et præcépta eius, et iudícia, et testimónia, sicut scriptum est in lege Móysi: ut intélligas univérsa quæ facis, et quocúmque te vérteris:

לְמַעַן֩ יָקִ֨ים יְהוָ֜ה אֶת דְּבָר֗־וֹ אֲשֶׁ֨ר דִּבֶּ֣ר עָלַי֮ לֵאמֹר֒ אִם־יִשְׁמְר֨וּ בָנֶ֜יךָ אֶת דַּרְכָּ֗־ם לָלֶ֤כֶת לְפָנַי֙ בֶּאֱמֶ֔ת בְּכָל לְבָבָ֖־ם וּבְכָל נַפְשָׁ֑־ם לֵאמֹ֕ר לֹֽא־יִכָּרֵ֤ת לְךָ֙ אִ֔ישׁ מֵעַ֖ל כִּסֵּ֥א יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃

ἵνα στήσῃ Κύριος τὸν λόγον αὐτοῦ ὃν ἐλάλησεν λέγων Ἐὰν φυλάξωσιν οἱ υἱοί σου τὴν ὁδὸν αὐτῶν πορεύεσθαι ἐνώπιον ἐμοῦ ἐν ἀληθείᾳ ἐν ὅλῃ καρδίᾳ αὐτῶν, λέγων Οὐκ ἐξολοθρευθήσεταί σοι ἀνὴρ ἐπάνωθεν θρόνου Ἰσραήλ.

καί γε σὺ ἔγνως ὅσα ἐποίησέν μοι Ἰωὰβ υἱὸς Σαρουίας, ὅσα ἐποίησεν τοῖς δυσὶν ἄρχουσιν τῶν δυνάμεων Ἰσραήλ, Ἀβεννὴρ υἱῷ Νὴρ καὶ τῷ Ἀμεσσαιὰ υἱῷ Ἰέθερ, καὶ ἀπέκτεινεν αὐτοὺς καὶ ἔταξεν τὰ αἵματα πολέμου ἐν τῇ ζώνῃ αὐτοῦ τῇ ἐν τῇ ὀσφύι αὐτοῦ καὶ ἐν τῷ ὑποδήματι αὐτοῦ τῷ ἐν τῷ ποδὶ αὐτοῦ.
