לֹֽא־תִרְאֶה֩ אֶת־שׁ֨וֹר אָחִ֜יךָ א֤וֹ אֶת שֵׂי־וֹ֙ נִדָּחִ֔ים וְהִתְעַלַּמְתָּ֖ מֵהֶ֑ם הָשֵׁ֥ב תְּשִׁיבֵ֖ם לְאָחִֽיךָ׃

Μὴ ἰδὼν τὸν μόσχον τοῦ ἀδελφοῦ σου ἢ τὸ πρόβατον αὐτοῦ πλανώμενα ἐν τῇ ὁδῷ, μὴ ὑπερίδῃς αὐτά · ἀποστροφῇ ἀποστρέψεις αὐτὰ τῷ ἀδελφῷ σου καὶ ἀποδώσεις αὐτῷ.

Non vidébis bovem fratris tui, aut ovem errántem, et præteríbis: sed redúces fratri tuo,

לא־תראה את־שׁור אחיך או את שׂהו או את כל בהמתו נדחים והתעלמת מהם השׁב תשׁיבם לאחיך
1
Thou shalt not see thy brother ’s ox or his sheep go astray, and hide thyself from them: thou shalt in any case bring them again unto thy brother.

וְאִם־לֹ֨א קָר֥וֹב אָחִ֛יךָ אֵלֶ֖יךָ וְלֹ֣א יְדַעְתּ֑וֹ וַאֲסַפְתּוֹ֙ אֶל־תּ֣וֹךְ בֵּיתֶ֔ךָ וְהָיָ֣ה עִמְּךָ֗ עַ֣ד דְּרֹ֤שׁ אָחִ֨יךָ֙ אֹת֔וֹ וַהֲשֵׁבֹת֖וֹ לֽוֹ׃

ἐὰν δὲ μὴ ἐγγίζῃ ὁ ἀδελφός σου πρὸς σὲ μηδὲ ἐπίστῃ αὐτόν, συνάξεις αὐτὸν ἔνδον εἰς τὴν οἰκίαν σου, καὶ ἔσται μετὰ σοῦ ἕως ἂν ζητήσῃ αὐτὰ ὁ ἀδελφός σου, ἀποδώσεις αὐτῷ.

etiámsi non est propínquus frater tuus, nec nosti eum: duces in domum tuam, et erunt apud te quámdiu quærat ea frater tuus, et recípiat.

ואם־לא קרוב אחיך אליך ולא ידעתו ואספתו אל־תוך ביתך והיה עמך עד דרשׁ אחיך אתו מעמך והשׁבתו לו
2
And if thy brother [be] not nigh unto thee, or if thou know him not, then thou shalt bring it unto thine own house, and it shall be with thee until thy brother seek after it, and thou shalt restore it to him again.

וְכֵ֧ן תַּעֲשֶׂ֣ה לַחֲמֹר֗וֹ וְכֵ֣ן תַּעֲשֶׂה֮ לְשִׂמְלָתוֹ֒ וְכֵ֣ן תַּעֲשֶׂ֜ה לְכָל־אֲבֵדַ֥ת אָחִ֛יךָ אֲשֶׁר־תֹּאבַ֥ד מִמֶּ֖נּוּ וּמְצָאתָ֑הּ לֹ֥א תוּכַ֖ל לְהִתְעַלֵּֽם׃ ס

οὕτως ποιήσεις τὸν ὄνον αὐτοῦ, καὶ οὕτως ποιήσεις κατὰ πᾶσαν ἀπωλίαν τοῦ ἀδελφοῦ σου · ὅσα ἐὰν ἀπόληται παρ᾽ αὐτοῦ καὶ εὕρῃς, οὐ δυνήσῃ ὑπεριδεῖν.

Simíliter fácies de ásino, et de vestiménto, et de omni re fratris tui, quæ períerit: si invéneris eam, ne négligas quasi aliénam.

כן תעשׂה לחמרו וכן תעשׂה לשׂמלתו וכן תעשׂה לכל־אבדת אחיך אשׁר־תאבד ממנו ומצאתה לא תוכל להתעלם
3
In like manner shalt thou do with his ass; and so shalt thou do with his raiment; and with all lost thing of thy brother ’s, which he hath lost, and thou hast found, shalt thou do likewise: thou mayest not hide thyself.

Οὐκ ὄψῃ τὸν ὄνον τοῦ ἀδελφοῦ σου ἢ τὸν μόσχον αὐτοῦ πεπτωκότας ἐν τῇ ὁδῷ · μὴ ὑπερίδῃς αὐτούς · ἀνιστῶν ἀναστήσεις μετ᾽ αὐτοῦ.

Si víderis ásinum fratris tui aut bovem cecidísse in via, non despícies, sed sublevábis cum eo.

לא־תראה את־חמור אחיך או את שׁורו או את כל בהמתו נפלים בדרך והתעלמת מהם הקם תקים עמו
4
Thou shalt not see thy brother ’s ass or his ox fall down by the way, and hide thyself from them: thou shalt surely help him to lift [them] up again.

לֹא־יִהְיֶ֤ה כְלִי־גֶ֨בֶר֙ עַל־אִשָּׁ֔ה וְלֹא־יִלְבַּ֥שׁ גֶּ֖בֶר שִׂמְלַ֣ת אִשָּׁ֑ה כִּ֧י תוֹעֲבַ֛ת יְהוָ֥ה אֱלֹהֶ֖יךָ כָּל־עֹ֥שֵׂה אֵֽלֶּה׃ פ

Οὐκ ἔσται σκεύη ἀνδρὸς ἐπὶ γυναικί, οὐδὲ μὴ ἐνδύσηται ἀνὴρ στολὴν γυναικίαν · ὅτι βδέλυγμα Κυρίῳ τῷ θεῷ σού ἐστιν πᾶς ποιῶν ταῦτα.

Non induétur múlier veste viríli, nec vir utétur veste femínea: abominábilis enim apud Deum est qui facit hæc.

לא־יהיה כלי־גבר על־אשׁה ולא־ילבשׁ גבר שׂמלת אשׁה כי תועבת יהוה אלהיך כל־עשׂה אלה

The woman shall not wear that which pertaineth unto a man, neither shall a man put on a woman ’s garment: for all that do so [are] abomination unto the LORD thy God.

Ἐὰν δὲ συναντήσῃς νοσσιᾷ ὀρνέων πρὸ προσώπου σου ἐν τῇ ὁδῷ ἢ ἐπὶ παντὶ δένδρει ἢ ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς, νοσσοῖς ἢ ὠοῖς, καὶ ἡ μήτηρ θάλπῃ ἐπὶ τῶν νοσσῶν ἢ ἐπὶ τῶν ὠῶν, οὐ λήμψῃ τὴν μητέρα μετὰ τῶν τέκνων ·

Si ámbulans per viam, in árbore vel in terra nidum avis invéneris, et matrem pullis vel ovis désuper incubántem: non tenébis eam cum fíliis,

כי יקרא קן־צפור לפניך בדרך בכל־עץ או על הארץ אפרחים או בצים והאם רבצת על האפרחים או על הבצים לא־תקח האם על הבנים

If a bird ’s nest chance to be before thee in the way in any tree, or on the ground, [whether they be] young ones, or eggs, and the dam sitting upon the young, or upon the eggs, thou shalt not take the dam with the young:

ἀποστολῇ ἀποστελεῖς τὴν μητέρα, τὰ δὲ παιδία λήμψῃ σεαυτῷ, ἵνα εὖ σοι γένηται καὶ πολυήμερος γένῃ.

sed abíre patiéris, captos tenens fílios: ut bene sit tibi, et longo vivas témpore.

[But] thou shalt in any wise let the dam go, and take the young to thee; that it may be well with thee, and [that] thou mayest prolong [thy] days.

Ἐὰν οἰκοδομήσῃς οἰκίαν καινήν, καὶ ποιήσεις στεφάνην τῷ δώματί σου · καὶ οὐ ποιήσεις φόνον ἐν τῇ οἰκίᾳ σου, ἐὰν πέσῃ ὁ πεσὼν ἀπ᾽ αὐτοῦ.

Cum ædificáveris domum novam, fácies murum tecti per circúitum: ne effundátur sanguis in domo tua, et sis reus labénte álio, et in præceps ruénte.

כי תבנה בית חדשׁ ועשׂית מעקה לגגך ולא־תשׂים דמים בביתך כי־יפל הנפל ממנו
8
When thou buildest a new house, then thou shalt make a battlement for thy roof, that thou bring not blood upon thine house, if any man fall from thence.

Οὐ κατασπερεῖς τὸν ἀμπελῶνά σου δίφορον, ἵνα μὴ ἁγιασθῇ τὸ γένημα καὶ τὸ σπέρμα ὃ ἐὰν σπείρῃ μετὰ τοῦ γενήματος τοῦ ἀμπελῶνός σου.

Non seres víneam tuam áltero sémine: ne et seméntis quam sevísti, et quæ nascúntur ex vínea, páriter sanctificéntur.

Thou shalt not sow thy vineyard with divers seeds: lest the fruit of thy seed which thou hast sown, and the fruit of thy vineyard, be defiled.

καὶ λαβὼν ὁ πατὴρ τῆς παιδὸς καὶ ἡ μήτηρ ἐξοίσουσιν τὰ παρθένια τῆς παιδὸς πρὸς τὴν γερουσίαν ἐπὶ τὴν πύλην,
15
tollent eam pater et mater eius, et ferent secum signa virginitátis eius ad senióres urbis qui in porta sunt:

ולקח אבי הנערה ואמה והוציאו את־בתולי הנערה אל־זקני העיר השׁערה
15
Then shall the father of the damsel, and her mother, take and bring forth [the tokens of] the damsel ’s virginity unto the elders of the city in the gate:

καὶ ἐρεῖ ὁ πατὴρ τῆς παιδὸς τῇ γερουσίᾳ Τὴν θυγατέρα μου ταύτην δέδωκα τῷ ἀνθρώπῳ τούτῳ γυναῖκα, καὶ μισήσας αὐτὴν

et dicet pater: Fíliam meam dedi huic uxórem: quam quia odit,

ואמר אבי הנערה אל הזקנים את בתי נתתי לאישׁ הזה לאשׁה וישׂנאה
16
And the damsel ’s father shall say unto the elders, I gave my daughter unto this man to wife, and he hateth her;

νῦν οὗτος ἐπιτίθησιν αὐτῇ προφασιστικοὺς λόγους, λέγων Οὐχ εὕρηκα τῇ θυγατρί σου παρθένια, καὶ ταῦτα τὰ παρθένια τῆς θυγατρός μου, καὶ ἀναπτύξουσιν τὸ ἱμάτιον ἐναντίον τῆς γερουσίας τῆς πόλεως.

impónit ei nomen péssimum, ut dicat: Non invéni fíliam tuam vírginem: et ecce hæc sunt signa virginitátis fíliæ meæ. Expándent vestiméntum coram senióribus civitátis:

והנה־הוא שׂם לה עלילת דברים לאמר לא־מצאתי לבתך בתולים ואלה בתולי בתי ופרשׁ השׂמלה לפני זקני העיר
17
And, lo, he hath given occasions of speech [against her], saying, I found not thy daughter a maid; and yet these [are the tokens of] my daughter ’s virginity. And they shall spread the cloth before the elders of the city.

וְלָֽקְח֛וּ זִקְנֵ֥י הָֽעִיר הַ־הִ֖וא אֶת הָ־אִ֑ישׁ וְיִסְּר֖וּ אֹתֽוֹ׃

καὶ λήμψεται ἡ γερουσία τῆς πόλεως ἐκείνης τὸν ἄνθρωπον ἐκεῖνον καὶ παιδεύσουσιν αὐτόν,

apprehendéntque senes urbis illíus virum, et verberábunt illum,

ולקחו זקני העיר ההיא את האישׁ ההוא ויסרו אתו
18
And the elders of that city shall take that man and chastise him;

καὶ ζημιώσουσιν αὐτὸν ἑκατὸν σίκλους καὶ δώσουσιν τῷ πατρὶ τῆς νεάνιδος, ὅτι ἐξήνεγκεν ὄνομα πονηρὸν ἐπὶ παρθένον Ἰσραηλεῖτιν · καὶ αὐτοῦ ἔσται γυνή, οὐ δυνήσεται ἐξαποστεῖλαι αὐτὴν τὸν ἅπαντα χρόνον.

condemnántes ínsuper centum siclis argénti, quos dabit patri puéllæ, quóniam diffamávit nomen péssimum super vírginem Israel: habebítque eam uxórem, et non póterit dimíttere eam ómnibus diébus vitæ suæ.

וענשׁו אתו מאה כסף ונתנו לאבי הנערה כי הוציא שׁם רע על בתולת ישׂראל ולו תהיה לאשׁה לא־יוכל שׁלחה כל ימיו
19
And they shall amerce him in an hundred [shekels] of silver, and give [them] unto the father of the damsel, because he hath brought up an evil name upon a virgin of Israel: and she shall be his wife; he may not put her away all his days.

וענשו את׳ו מאה כ]ס#ף#[ ונתנו] ׃

וְאִם־אֱמֶ֣ת הָיָ֔ה הַדָּבָ֖ר הַזֶּ֑ה לֹא־נִמְצְא֥וּ בְתוּלִ֖ים לנער׃
20
ἐὰν δὲ ἐπ᾽ ἀληθείας γένηται ὁ λόγος οὗτος καὶ μὴ εὑρεθῇ παρθένια τῇ νεάνιδι.

Quod si verum est quod óbicit, et non est in puélla invénta virgínitas:

ואם־אמת היה הדבר לא־נמצאו בתולים לנערה

But if this thing be true, [and the tokens of] virginity be not found for the damsel:

וְהוֹצִ֨יאוּ אֶת ה־נער אֶל־פֶּ֣תַח בֵּית אָבִ֗י־הָ וּסְקָלוּהָ֩ אַנְשֵׁ֨י עִירָ֤הּ בָּאֲבָנִים֙ וָמֵ֔תָה כִּֽי־עָשְׂתָ֤ה נְבָלָה֙ בְּיִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל לִזְנ֖וֹת בֵּ֣ית אָבִ֑יהָ וּבִֽעַרְתָּ֥ הָרָ֖ע מִקִּרְבֶּֽךָ׃ ס

καὶ ἐξάξουσιν τὴν νεᾶνιν ἐπὶ τὰς θύρας τοῦ πατρὸς αὐτῆς, καὶ λιθοβολήσουσιν αὐτὴν ἐν λίθοις καὶ ἀποθανεῖται, ὅτι ἐποίησεν ἀφροσύνην ἐν υἱοῖς Ἰσραήλ, ἐκπορνεῦσαι τὸν οἶκον τοῦ πατρὸς αὐτῆς · καὶ ἐξαρεῖς τὸν πονηρὸν ἐξ ὑμῶν αὐτῶν.

eícient eam extra fores domus patris sui, et lapídibus óbruent viri civitátis illíus, et moriétur: quóniam fecit nefas in Israel, ut fornicarétur in domo patris sui: et áuferes malum de médio tui.

והוציאו את הנערה אל־פתח בית אביה וסקלוה אנשׁי עירה באבנים ומתה כי־עשׂתה נבלה בישׂראל לזנות את בית אביה ובערת הרע מקרבך

Then they shall bring out the damsel to the door of her father ’s house, and the men of her city shall stone her with stones that she die: because she hath wrought folly in Israel, to play the whore in her father ’s house: so shalt thou put evil away from among you.

כִּֽי־יִמָּצֵ֨א אִ֜ישׁ שֹׁכֵ֣ב ׀ עִם־אִשָּׁ֣ה בְעֻֽלַת־בַּ֗עַל וּמֵ֨תוּ֙ גַּם שְׁנֵי־הֶ֔ם הָאִ֛ישׁ הַשֹּׁכֵ֥ב עִם הָ־אִשָּׁ֖ה וְהָאִשָּׁ֑ה וּבִֽעַרְתָּ֥ הָרָ֖ע מִיִּשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ ס
22
Ἐὰν δὲ εὑρεθῇ ἄνθρωπος κοιμώμενος μετὰ γυναικὸς συνοικισμένης ἀνδρί, ἀποκτενεῖτε ἀμφοτέρους, τὸν ἄνδρα τὸν κοιμώμενον μετὰ τῆς γυναικὸς καὶ τὴν γυναῖκα · καὶ ἐξαρεῖς τὸν πονηρὸν ἐξ Ἰσραήλ.

Si dormíerit vir cum uxóre altérius, utérque moriétur, id est, adúlter et adúltera: et áuferes malum de Israel.

כי־ימצא אישׁ שׁכב עם־אשׁה בעילת בעל ומתו גם שׁניהם האישׁ השׁכב עם האשׁה והאשׁה ובערת הרע מישׂראל
22
If a man be found lying with a woman married to an husband, then they shall both of them die, [both] the man that lay with the woman, and the woman: so shalt thou put away evil from Israel.

כִּ֤י יִהְיֶה֙ נער בְתוּלָ֔ה מְאֹרָשָׂ֖ה לְאִ֑ישׁ וּמְצָאָ֥הּ אִ֛ישׁ בָּעִ֖יר וְשָׁכַ֥ב עִמָּֽהּ׃
23
Ἐὰν δὲ γένηται παῖς παρθένος μεμνηστευμένη ἀνδρί, καὶ εὑρὼν αὐτὴν ἄνθρωπος ἐν πόλει κοιμηθῇ μετ᾽ αὐτῆς ·

Si puéllam vírginem despónderit vir, et invénerit eam áliquis in civitáte, et concubúerit cum ea,

כי יהיה נערה בתולה מארשׂה לאישׁ ומצאה אישׁ בעיר ושׁכב עמה
23
If a damsel [that is] a virgin be betrothed unto an husband, and a man find her in the city, and lie with her;

וְהוֹצֵאתֶ֨ם אֶת שְׁנֵי־הֶ֜ם אֶל־שַׁ֣עַר ׀ הָעִ֣יר הַהִ֗וא וּסְקַלְתֶּ֨ם אֹתָ֥ם בָּאֲבָנִים֮ וָמֵתוּ֒ אֶת ה־נער עַל־דְּבַר֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר לֹא־צָעֲקָ֣ה בָעִ֔יר וְאֶ֨ת הָ־אִ֔ישׁ עַל־דְּבַ֥ר אֲשֶׁר־עִנָּ֖ה אֶת־אֵ֣שֶׁת רֵעֵ֑הוּ וּבִֽעַרְתָּ֥ הָרָ֖ע מִקִּרְבֶּֽךָ׃ ס
24
ἐξάξετε ἀμφοτέρους ἐπὶ τὴν πύλην τῆς πόλεως αὐτῶν, καὶ λιθοβοληθήσονται ἐν λίθοις καὶ ἀποθανοῦνται · τὴν νεᾶνιν, ὅτι οὐκ ἐβόησεν ἐν τῇ πόλει, καὶ τὸν ἄνθρωπον, ὅτι ἐταπείνωσεν τὴν γυναῖκα τοῦ πλησίον · καὶ ἐξαρεῖς τὸν πονηρὸν ἐξ ὑμῶν αὐτῶν.

edúces utrúmque ad portam civitátis illíus, et lapídibus obruéntur: puélla, quia non clamávit, cum esset in civitáte: vir, quia humiliávit uxórem próximi sui: et áuferes malum de médio tui.

והוצאתם את שׁניהם אל־שׁער העיר ההיא וסקלתם אתם באבנים ומתו את הנערה על־דבר אשׁר לא־צעקה בעיר ואת האישׁ על־דבר אשׁר־ענה את־אשׁת רעהו ובערת הרע מקרבך

Then ye shall bring them both out unto the gate of that city, and ye shall stone them with stones that they die; the damsel, because she cried not, [being] in the city; and the man, because he hath humbled his neighbour ’s wife: so thou shalt put away evil from among you.

וְֽאִם בַּ־שָּׂדֶ֞ה יִמְצָ֣א הָאִ֗ישׁ אֶת ה־נער הַמְאֹ֣רָשָׂ֔ה וְהֶחֱזִֽיק בָּ֥־הּ הָאִ֖ישׁ וְשָׁכַ֣ב עִמָּ֑הּ וּמֵ֗ת הָאִ֛ישׁ אֲשֶׁר־שָׁכַ֥ב עִמָּ֖הּ לְבַדּֽוֹ׃

Ἐὰν δὲ ἐν πεδίῳ εὕρῃ ἄνθρωπος τὴν παῖδα τὴν μεμνηστευμένην καὶ βιασάμενος κοιμηθῇ μετ᾽ αὐτῆς, ἀποκτενεῖτε τὸν κοιμώμενον μετ᾽ αὐτῆς μόνον,

Sin autem in agro repérerit vir puéllam, quæ desponsáta est, et apprehéndens concubúerit cum ea, ipse moriétur solus:

ואם בשׂדה ימצא האישׁ את הנערה המארשׂה והחזיק בה האישׁ ושׁכב עמה ומת האישׁ אשׁר־שׁכב עמה לבדו

But if a man find a betrothed damsel in the field, and the man force her, and lie with her: then the man only that lay with her shall die:

ולנער לֹא־תַעֲשֶׂ֣ה דָבָ֔ר אֵ֥ין לנער חֵ֣טְא מָ֑וֶת כִּ֡י כַּאֲשֶׁר֩ יָק֨וּם אִ֤ישׁ עַל רֵעֵ֨־הוּ֙ וּרְצָח֣וֹ נֶ֔פֶשׁ כֵּ֖ן הַדָּבָ֥ר הַזֶּֽה׃
26
καὶ τῇ νεάνιδι οὐκ ἔστιν ἁμάρτημα θανάτου. ὡς εἴ τις ἐπαναστῇ ἄνθρωπος ἐπὶ τὸν πλησίον καὶ φονεύσῃ αὐτοῦ ψυχήν, οὕτως τὸ πρᾶγμα τοῦτο ·

puélla nihil patiétur, nec est rea mortis: quóniam sicut latro consúrgit contra fratrem suum, et occídit ánimam eius, ita et puélla perpéssa est.

ולנערה לא תעשׂו דבר אין לנערה חטא מות כי כאשׁר יקום אישׁ על רעהו ורצחו נפשׁ כן הדבר הזה

But unto the damsel thou shalt do nothing; [there is] in the damsel no sin [worthy] of death: for as when a man riseth against his neighbour, and slayeth him, even so [is] this matter:

כִּ֥י בַשָּׂדֶ֖ה מְצָאָ֑הּ צָעֲקָ֗ה הנער הַמְאֹ֣רָשָׂ֔ה וְאֵ֥ין מוֹשִׁ֖יעַ לָֽהּ׃ ס

ὅτι ἐν τῷ ἀγρῷ εὗρεν αὐτήν, ἐβόησεν ἡ νεᾶνις ἡ μεμνηστευμένη, καὶ οὐκ ἦν ὁ βοηθήσων αὐτῇ.

Sola erat in agro: clamávit, et nullus áffuit qui liberáret eam.

כי בשׂדה מצאה צעקה הנערה המארשׂה ואין מושׁיע לה
27
For he found her in the field, [and] the betrothed damsel cried, and [there was] none to save her.

כִּֽי־יִמְצָ֣א אִ֗ישׁ נער בְתוּלָה֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר לֹא־אֹרָ֔שָׂה וּתְפָשָׂ֖הּ וְשָׁכַ֣ב עִמָּ֑הּ וְנִמְצָֽאוּ׃

Ἐὰν δέ τις εὕρῃ τὴν παῖδα τὴν παρθένον ἥτις οὐ μεμνήστευται, καὶ βιασάμενος κοιμηθῇ μετ᾽ αὐτῆς, καὶ εὑρεθῇ ·

Si invénerit vir puéllam vírginem, quæ non habet sponsum, et apprehéndens concubúerit cum illa, et res ad iudícium vénerit:

כי־ימצא אישׁ נערה בתולה אשׁר לא־ארשׂה ותפשׂה ושׁכב עמה ונמצאו

If a man find a damsel [that is] a virgin, which is not betrothed, and lay hold on her, and lie with her, and they be found;

וְ֠נָתַן הָאִ֨ישׁ הַשֹּׁכֵ֥ב עִמָּ֛הּ לַאֲבִ֥י הנער חֲמִשִּׁ֣ים כָּ֑סֶף וְלֽוֹ־תִהְיֶ֣ה לְאִשָּׁ֗ה תַּ֚חַת אֲשֶׁ֣ר עִנָּ֔הּ לֹא־יוּכַ֥ל שַׁלְּחָ֖ה כָּל יָמָֽי־ו׃ ס

δώσει ὁ ἄνθρωπος ὁ κοιμηθεὶς μετ᾽ αὐτῆς τῷ πατρὶ τῆς νεάνιδος πεντήκοντα δίδραχμα ἀργυρίου, καὶ αὐτοῦ ἔσται γυνή, ἀνθ᾽ ὧν ἐταπείνωσεν αὐτήν · οὐ δυνήσεται ἐξαποστεῖλαι αὐτὴν τὸν ἅπαντα χρόνον.

dabit qui dormívit cum ea, patri puéllæ quinquagínta siclos argénti, et habébit eam uxórem, quia humiliávit illam: non póterit dimíttere eam cunctis diébus vitæ suæ.

ונתן האישׁ השׁכב עמה לאבי הנערה חמשׁים כסף ולו תהיה לאשׁה תחת אשׁר ענה לא־יוכל שׁלחה כל ימיו
29
Then the man that lay with her shall give unto the damsel ’s father fifty [shekels] of silver, and she shall be his wife; because he hath humbled her, he may not put her away all his days.
