וְזֹ֥את תּוֹרַ֖ת הָאָשָׁ֑ם קֹ֥דֶשׁ קָֽדָשִׁ֖ים הֽוּא׃
1
Οὗτος ὁ νόμος θυσίας σωτηρίου ἣν προσοίσουσιν Κυρίῳ.

Hæc quoque lex hóstiæ pro delícto, Sancta sanctórum est:

וזאת תורת האשׁם קדשׁ קדשׁים הוא

Likewise this [is] the law of the trespass offering: it [is] most holy.

בִּמְק֗וֹם אֲשֶׁ֤ר יִשְׁחֲטוּ֙ אֶת הָ֣־עֹלָ֔ה יִשְׁחֲט֖וּ אֶת הָ־אָשָׁ֑ם וְאֶת דָּמ֛־וֹ יִזְרֹ֥ק עַל הַ־מִּזְבֵּ֖חַ סָבִֽיב׃
2
ἐὰν μὲν περὶ αἰνέσεως προσφέρῃ αὐτήν, καὶ προσοίσει ἐπὶ τῆς θυσίας τῆς αἰνέσεως ἄρτους ἐκ σεμιδάλεως ἀναπεποιημένους ἐν ἐλαίῳ, λάγανα ἄζυμα διακεχρισμένα ἐν ἐλαίῳ, καὶ σεμίδαλιν πεφυραμένην ἐν ἐλαίῳ ·

idcírco ubi immolábitur holocáustum, mactábitur et víctima pro delícto: sanguis eius per gyrum altáris fundétur.

במקום אשׁר ישׁחטו את העלה ישׁחטו את האשׁם ואת דמו יזרקו על המזבח סביב
2
In the place where they kill the burnt offering shall they kill the trespass offering: and the blood thereof shall he sprinkle round about upon the altar.

וְאֵ֥ת כָּל חֶלְבּ֖־וֹ יַקְרִ֣יב מִמֶּ֑נּוּ אֵ֚ת הָֽאַלְיָ֔ה וְאֶת הַ־חֵ֖לֶב הַֽמְכַסֶּ֥ה אֶת הַ־קֶּֽרֶב׃

ἐπ᾽ ἄρτοις ζυμίταις προσοίσει τὰ δῶρα αὐτοῦ ἐπὶ θυσίᾳ αἰνέσεως σωτηρίου.

Offerent ex ea caudam et ádipem qui óperit vitália:

ואת כל חלבו יקריב ממנו את האליה ואת החלב המכסה את הקרב ואת כל החלב אשׁר על הקרב

And he shall offer of it all the fat thereof; the rump, and the fat that covereth the inwards,

וְאֵת֙ שְׁתֵּ֣י הַכְּלָיֹ֔ת וְאֶת הַ־חֵ֨לֶב֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר עֲלֵיהֶ֔ן אֲשֶׁ֖ר עַל הַ־כְּסָלִ֑ים וְאֶת הַ־יֹּתֶ֨רֶת֙ עַל הַ־כָּבֵ֔ד עַל הַ־כְּלָיֹ֖ת יְסִירֶֽנָּה׃
4
καὶ προσάξει ἓν ἀπὸ πάντων τῶν δώρων αὐτοῦ ἀφαίρεμα Κυρίῳ · τῷ ἱερεῖ τῷ προσχέοντι τὸ αἷμα τοῦ σωτηρίου, αὐτῷ ἔσται ·

duos renúnculos, et pinguédinem quæ iuxta ília est, reticulúmque iécoris cum renúnculis.

ואת שׁתי הכליות ואת החלב אשׁר עליהן אשׁר על הכסלים ואת היותרת על הכבד על הכליות יסירנה
4
And the two kidneys, and the fat that [is] on them, which [is] by the flanks, and the caul [that is] above the liver, with the kidneys, it shall he take away:

וְהִקְטִ֨יר אֹתָ֤ם הַכֹּהֵן֙ הַמִּזְבֵּ֔חָה אִשֶּׁ֖ה לַיהוָ֑ה אָשָׁ֖ם הֽוּא׃

καὶ τὰ κρέα θυσίας αἰνέσεως σωτηρίου, αὐτῷ ἔσται · καὶ ἐν ᾗ ἡμέρᾳ δωρεῖται, βρωθήσεται, οὐ καταλείψουσιν ἀπ᾽ αὐτοῦ εἰς τὸ πρωί.

Et adolébit ea sacérdos super altáre: incénsum est Dómini pro delícto.

והקטיר אתם הכהן המזבחה אשׁה ליהוה אשׁם הוא
5
And the priest shall burn them upon the altar [for] an offering made by fire unto the LORD: it [is] a trespass offering.

כָּל־זָכָ֥ר בַּכֹּהֲנִ֖ים יֹאכְלֶ֑נּוּ בְּמָק֤וֹם קָדוֹשׁ֙ יֵאָכֵ֔ל קֹ֥דֶשׁ קָֽדָשִׁ֖ים הֽוּא׃
6
κἂν εὐχὴν ἢ ἑκούσιον θυσιάζῃ τὸ δῶρον αὐτοῦ, ᾗ ἂν ἡμέρᾳ προσαγάγῃ τὴν θυσίαν αὐτοῦ, βρωθήσεται, καὶ τῇ αὔριον ·

Omnis másculus de sacerdotáli génere, in loco sancto vescétur his cárnibus, quia Sanctum sanctórum est.

כל־זכר בכהנים יאכלנו במקום קדושׁ יאכל קדשׁ קדשׁים הוא

Every male among the priests shall eat thereof: it shall be eaten in the holy place: it [is] most holy.

כַּֽחַטָּאת֙ כָּֽאָשָׁ֔ם תּוֹרָ֥ה אַחַ֖ת לָהֶ֑ם הַכֹּהֵ֛ן אֲשֶׁ֥ר יְכַפֶּר בּ֖־וֹ ל֥וֹ יִהְיֶֽה׃
7
καὶ τὸ καταλειφθὲν ἀπὸ τῶν κρεῶν τῆς θυσίας ἕως ἡμέρας τρίτης ἐν πυρὶ κατακαυθήσεται.

Sicut pro peccáto offértur hóstia, ita et pro delícto: utriúsque hóstiæ lex una erit: ad sacerdótem, qui eam obtúlerit, pertinébit.

כחטאת כאשׁם תורה אחת להם הכהן אשׁר יכפר בו לו יהיה
7
As the sin offering [is], so [is] the trespass offering: [there is] one law for them: the priest that maketh atonement therewith shall have [it].

וְהַ֨כֹּהֵ֔ן הַמַּקְרִ֖יב אֶת־עֹ֣לַת אִ֑ישׁ ע֤וֹר הָֽעֹלָה֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר הִקְרִ֔יב לַכֹּהֵ֖ן ל֥וֹ יִהְיֶֽה׃
8
ἐὰν δὲ φαγὼν φάγῃ ἀπὸ τῶν κρεῶν τῇ ἡμέρᾳ τῇ τρίτῃ, οὐ δεχθήσεται αὐτῷ τῷ προσφέροντι αὐτό, οὐ λογισθήσεται αὐτῷ, μίασμά ἐστιν · ἡ δὲ ψυχὴ ἥτις ἐὰν φάγῃ ἀπ᾽ αὐτοῦ τὴν ἁμαρτίαν λήμψεται.

Sacérdos qui offert holocáusti víctimam, habébit pellem eius.

והכהן המקריב את־עלת אישׁ עור העלה אשׁר יקריבו לכהן לו יהיה
8
And the priest that offereth any man ’s burnt offering, [even] the priest shall have to himself the skin of the burnt offering which he hath offered.

וְכָל־מִנְחָ֗ה אֲשֶׁ֤ר תֵּֽאָפֶה֙ בַּתַּנּ֔וּר וְכָל־נַעֲשָׂ֥ה בַמַּרְחֶ֖שֶׁת וְעַֽל־מַחֲבַ֑ת לַכֹּהֵ֛ן הַמַּקְרִ֥יב אֹתָ֖הּ ל֥וֹ תִֽהְיֶֽה׃
9
καὶ κρέα ὅσα ἐὰν ἅψηται παντὸς ἀκαθάρτου, οὐ βρωθήσεται, ἐν πυρὶ κατακαυθήσεται · πᾶς καθαρὸς φάγεται κρέα.

Et omne sacrifícium símilæ, quod cóquitur in clíbano, et quidquid in cratícula, vel in sartágine præparátur, eius erit sacerdótis a quo offértur:

וכל־מנחה אשׁר תאפה בתנור וכל־נעשׂה במרחשׁת ועל המחבת לכהן המקריב אתה לו תהיה
9
And all the meat offering that is baken in the oven, and all that is dressed in the fryingpan, and in the pan, shall be the priest ’s that offereth it.

וְכָל־מִנְחָ֥ה בְלוּלָֽה בַ־שֶּׁ֖מֶן וַחֲרֵבָ֑ה לְכָל־בְּנֵ֧י אַהֲרֹ֛ן תִּהְיֶ֖ה אִ֥ישׁ כְּאָחִֽיו׃ פ
10
ἡ δὲ ψυχὴ ἥτις ἐὰν φάγῃ ἀπὸ τῶν κρεῶν τῆς θυσίας τοῦ σωτηρίου ὅ ἐστιν Κυρίου, καὶ ἡ ἀκαθαρσία αὐτοῦ ἐπ᾽ αὐτοῦ · ἀπολεῖται ἡ ψυχὴ ἐκείνη ἐκ τοῦ λαοῦ αὐτῆς.

sive óleo conspérsa, sive árida fúerint, cunctis fíliis Aaron mensúra æqua per síngulos dividétur.

וכל־מנחה בלולה בשׁמן וחרבה לכל־בני אהרן תהיה אישׁ כאחיו
10
And every meat offering, mingled with oil, and dry, shall all the sons of Aaron have, one [as much] as another.

וְזֹ֥את תּוֹרַ֖ת זֶ֣בַח הַשְּׁלָמִ֑ים אֲשֶׁ֥ר יַקְרִ֖יב לַיהוָֽה׃
11
καὶ ψυχὴ ἣ ἂν ἅψηται παντὸς πράγματος ἀκαθάρτου, ἢ ἀπὸ ἀκαθαρσίας ἀνθρώπου ἢ τῶν τετραπόδων τῶν ἀκαθάρτων ἢ παντὸς βδελύγματος ἀκαθάρτου, καὶ φάγῃ ἀπὸ τῶν κρεῶν τῆς θυσίας τοῦ σωτηρίου ὅ ἐστιν Κυρίου, ἀπολεῖται ἡ ψυχὴ ἐκείνη ἐκ τοῦ λαοῦ αὐτῆς.

Hæc est lex hóstiæ pacificórum quæ offértur Dómino.

וזאת תורת זבח השׁלמים אשׁר יקריבו ליהוה
11
And this [is] the law of the sacrifice of peace offerings, which he shall offer unto the LORD.

אִ֣ם עַל־תּוֹדָה֮ יַקְרִיבֶנּוּ֒ וְהִקְרִ֣יב ׀ עַל־זֶ֣בַח הַתּוֹדָ֗ה חַלּ֤וֹת מַצּוֹת֙ בְּלוּלֹ֣ת בַּשֶּׁ֔מֶן וּרְקִיקֵ֥י מַצּ֖וֹת מְשֻׁחִ֣ים בַּשָּׁ֑מֶן וְסֹ֣לֶת מֻרְבֶּ֔כֶת חַלֹּ֖ת בְּלוּלֹ֥ת בַּשָּֽׁמֶן׃
12
Καὶ ἐλάλησεν Κύριος πρὸς Μωυσῆν λέγων.
12
Si pro gratiárum actióne oblátio fúerit, ófferent panes absque ferménto conspérsos óleo, et lágana ázyma uncta óleo, coctámque símilam, et collýridas ólei admistióne conspérsas:

אם על־תודה יקריבנו והקריב על־זבח התודה חלות מצות בללות בשׁמן ורקיקי מצות משׁחים בשׁמן וסלת מרבכת חלות בללות בשׁמן
12
If he offer it for a thanksgiving, then he shall offer with the sacrifice of thanksgiving unleavened cakes mingled with oil, and unleavened wafers anointed with oil, and cakes mingled with oil, of fine flour, fried.

עַל־חַלֹּת֙ לֶ֣חֶם חָמֵ֔ץ יַקְרִ֖יב קָרְבָּנ֑וֹ עַל־זֶ֖בַח תּוֹדַ֥ת שְׁלָמָֽיו׃

Λάλησον τοῖς υἱοῖς Ἰσραήλ Πᾶν στέαρ βοῶν καὶ προβάτων καὶ αἰγῶν οὐκ ἔδεσθε.
13
panes quoque fermentátos cum hóstia gratiárum, quæ immolátur pro pacíficis:

על־חלת לחם חמץ יקריב קרבנו על־זבח תודת שׁלמיו
13
Besides the cakes, he shall offer [for] his offering leavened bread with the sacrifice of thanksgiving of his peace offerings.

וְהִקְרִ֨יב מִמֶּ֤נּוּ אֶחָד֙ מִכָּל־קָרְבָּ֔ן תְּרוּמָ֖ה לַיהוָ֑ה לַכֹּהֵ֗ן הַזֹּרֵ֛ק אֶת־דַּ֥ם הַשְּׁלָמִ֖ים ל֥וֹ יִהְיֶֽה׃
14
καὶ στέαρ θνησιμαίων καὶ θηριάλωτον ποιηθήσεται εἰς πᾶν ἔργον, καὶ εἰς βρῶσιν οὐ βρωθήσεται ·
14
ex quibus unus pro primítiis offerétur Dómino, et erit sacerdótis qui fundet hóstiæ sánguinem:
14
והקריב ממנו אחד מכל־קרבן תרומה ליהוה לכהן הזרק את־דם השׁלמים לו יהיה
14
And of it he shall offer one out of the whole oblation [for] an heave offering unto the LORD, [and] it shall be the priest ’s that sprinkleth the blood of the peace offerings.

וּבְשַׂ֗ר זֶ֚בַח תּוֹדַ֣ת שְׁלָמָ֔יו בְּי֥וֹם קָרְבָּנ֖וֹ יֵאָכֵ֑ל לֹֽא־יַנִּ֥יחַ מִמֶּ֖נּוּ עַד־בֹּֽקֶר׃
15
πᾶς ὁ ἔσθων στέαρ ἀπὸ τῶν κτηνῶν ὧν προσάξει αὐτῶν κάρπωμα Κυρίου, ἀπολεῖται ἡ ψυχὴ ἐκείνη ἀπὸ τοῦ λαοῦ αὐτῆς.

cuius carnes eádem comedéntur die, nec remanébit ex eis quidquam usque mane.

ובשׂר זבח תודת שׁלמיו ביום קרבנו יאכל לא־יניח ממנו עד־בקר
15
And the flesh of the sacrifice of his peace offerings for thanksgiving shall be eaten the same day that it is offered; he shall not leave any of it until the morning.

וְאִם־נֶ֣דֶר ׀ א֣וֹ נְדָבָ֗ה זֶ֚בַח קָרְבָּנ֔וֹ בְּי֛וֹם הַקְרִיב֥וֹ אֶת זִבְח֖־וֹ יֵאָכֵ֑ל וּמִֽמָּחֳרָ֔ת וְהַנּוֹתָ֥ר מִמֶּ֖נּוּ יֵאָכֵֽל׃
16
πᾶν αἷμα οὐκ ἔδεσθε ἐν πάσῃ τῇ γῇ κατοικίᾳ ὑμῶν ἀπό τε τῶν πετεινῶν καὶ ἀπὸ τῶν κτηνῶν.
16
Si voto, vel sponte quíspiam obtúlerit hóstiam, eádem simíliter edétur die: sed et si quid in crástinum remánserit, vesci lícitum est:
16
ואם־נדר או נדבה זבח קרבנו ביום הקריבו את זבחו יאכל וממחרת והנותר ממנו יאכל

But if the sacrifice of his offering [be] a vow, or a voluntary offering, it shall be eaten the same day that he offereth his sacrifice: and on the morrow also the remainder of it shall be eaten:

וְהַנּוֹתָ֖ר מִבְּשַׂ֣ר הַזָּ֑בַח בַּיּוֹם֙ הַשְּׁלִישִׁ֔י בָּאֵ֖שׁ יִשָּׂרֵֽף׃

πᾶσα ψυχὴ ἣ ἂν φάγῃ αἷμα, ἀπολεῖται ἡ ψυχὴ ἐκείνη ἀπὸ τοῦ λαοῦ αὐτῆς.

quidquid autem tértius invénerit dies, ignis absúmet.

והנותר מבשׂר הזבח ביום השׁלישׁי באשׁ ישׂרף
17
But the remainder of the flesh of the sacrifice on the third day shall be burnt with fire.

וְאִ֣ם הֵאָכֹ֣ל יֵ֠אָכֵל מִבְּשַׂר־זֶ֨בַח שְׁלָמָ֜יו בַּיּ֣וֹם הַשְּׁלִישִׁי֮ לֹ֣א יֵרָצֶה֒ הַמַּקְרִ֣יב אֹת֗וֹ לֹ֧א יֵחָשֵׁ֛ב ל֖וֹ פִּגּ֣וּל יִהְיֶ֑ה וְהַנֶּ֛פֶשׁ הָאֹכֶ֥לֶת מִמֶּ֖נּוּ עֲוֺנָ֥הּ תִּשָּֽׂא׃
18
Καὶ ἐλάλησεν Κύριος πρὸς Μωυσῆν λέγων.
18
Si quis de cárnibus víctimæ pacificórum die tértio coméderit, írrita fiet oblátio, nec próderit offerénti: quin pótius quæcúmque ánima tali se edúlio contamináverit, prævaricatiónis rea erit.

ואם אכל יאכל מבשׂר־זבח שׁלמיו ביום השׁלישׁי לא ירצה המקריב אתו לא יחשׁב לו פגול יהיה והנפשׁ האכלת ממנו עונה תשׂא
18
And if [any] of the flesh of the sacrifice of his peace offerings be eaten at all on the third day, it shall not be accepted, neither shall it be imputed unto him that offereth it: it shall be an abomination, and the soul that eateth of it shall bear his iniquity.

וְהַבָּשָׂ֞ר אֲשֶׁר־יִגַּ֤ע בְּכָל־טָמֵא֙ לֹ֣א יֵֽאָכֵ֔ל בָּאֵ֖שׁ יִשָּׂרֵ֑ף וְהַ֨בָּשָׂ֔ר כָּל־טָה֖וֹר יֹאכַ֥ל בָּשָֽׂר׃
19
Καὶ τοῖς υἱοῖς Ἰσραὴλ λαλήσεις λέγων Ὁ προσφέρων θυσίαν σωτηρίου Κυρίῳ οἴσει τὸ δῶρον αὐτοῦ Κυρίῳ καὶ ἀπὸ τῆς θυσίας τοῦ σωτηρίου ·
19
Caro, quæ áliquid tetígerit immúndum, non comedétur, sed comburétur igni: qui fúerit mundus, vescétur ex ea.
19
והבשׂר אשׁר־יגע בכל־טמא לא יאכל באשׁ ישׂרף הבשׂר כל־טהור יאכל בשׂר
19
And the flesh that toucheth any unclean [thing] shall not be eaten; it shall be burnt with fire: and as for the flesh, all that be clean shall eat thereof.

וְהַנֶּ֜פֶשׁ אֲשֶׁר־תֹּאכַ֣ל בָּשָׂ֗ר מִזֶּ֤בַח הַשְּׁלָמִים֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר לַיהוָ֔ה וְטֻמְאָת֖וֹ עָלָ֑יו וְנִכְרְתָ֛ה הַנֶּ֥פֶשׁ הַהִ֖וא מֵעַמֶּֽיהָ׃
20
αἱ χεῖρες αὐτοῦ προσοίσουσιν τὰ καρπώματα Κυρίῳ · τὸ στέαρ τὸ ἐπὶ τοῦ στηθυνίου καὶ τὸν λοβὸν τοῦ ἥπατος, προσοίσει αὐτὰ ὥστε ἐπιθεῖναι δόμα ἔναντι Κυρίου.

Anima pollúta quæ éderit de cárnibus hóstiæ pacificórum, quæ obláta est Dómino, períbit de pópulis suis.
20
והנפשׁ אשׁר־תאכל בשׂר מזבח השׁלמים אשׁר ליהוה וטמאתו עליו ונכרתה הנפשׁ ההיא מעמיה
20
But the soul that eateth [of] the flesh of the sacrifice of peace offerings, that [pertain] unto the LORD, having his uncleanness upon him, even that soul shall be cut off from his people.

וְנֶ֜פֶשׁ כִּֽי־תִגַּ֣ע בְּכָל־טָמֵ֗א בְּטֻמְאַ֤ת אָדָם֙ א֣וֹ ׀ בִּבְהֵמָ֣ה טְמֵאָ֗ה א֚וֹ בְּכָל־שֶׁ֣קֶץ טָמֵ֔א וְאָכַ֛ל מִבְּשַׂר־זֶ֥בַח הַשְּׁלָמִ֖ים אֲשֶׁ֣ר לַיהוָ֑ה וְנִכְרְתָ֛ה הַנֶּ֥פֶשׁ הַהִ֖וא מֵעַמֶּֽיהָ׃ פ
21
καὶ ἀνοίσει ὁ ἱερεὺς τὸ στέαρ ἐπὶ τοῦ θυσιαστηρίου, καὶ ἔσται τὸ στηθύνιον Ἀαρὼν καὶ ἔσται τοῖς υἱοῖς αὐτοῦ.

Et quæ tetígerit immundítiam hóminis, vel iuménti, sive omnis rei quæ pollúere potest, et coméderit de huiuscémodi cárnibus, interíbit de pópulis suis.

ונפשׁ כי־תגע בכל־טמא בטמאת אדם או בבהמה טמאה או בכל שׁרץ טמא ואכל מבשׂר־זבח השׁלמים אשׁר ליהוה ונכרתה הנפשׁ ההיא מעמיה
21
Moreover the soul that shall touch any unclean [thing, as] the uncleanness of man, or [any] unclean beast, or any abominable unclean [thing], and eat of the flesh of the sacrifice of peace offerings, which [pertain] unto the LORD, even that soul shall be cut off from his people.

וַיְדַבֵּ֥ר יְהוָ֖ה אֶל־מֹשֶׁ֥ה לֵּאמֹֽר׃

καὶ τὸν βραχίονα τὸν δεξιὸν δώσετε ἀφαίρεμα τῷ ἱερεῖ ἀπὸ τῶν θυσιῶν τοῦ σωτηρίου ὑμῶν ·

Locutúsque est Dóminus ad Móysen, dicens:

And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

דַּבֵּ֛ר אֶל־בְּנֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל לֵאמֹ֑ר כָּל־חֵ֜לֶב שׁ֥וֹר וְכֶ֛שֶׂב וָעֵ֖ז לֹ֥א תֹאכֵֽלוּ׃
23
