לֹֽא־יִ֠הְיֶה לַכֹּהֲנִ֨ים הַלְוִיִּ֜ם כָּל־שֵׁ֧בֶט לֵוִ֛י חֵ֥לֶק וְנַחֲלָ֖ה עִם־יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל אִשֵּׁ֧י יְהוָ֛ה וְנַחֲלָת֖וֹ יֹאכֵלֽוּן׃

Οὐκ ἔσται τοῖς ἱερεῦσιν τοῖς Λευείταις, ὅλῃ φυλῇ Λευεί, μερὶς οὐδὲ κλῆρος μετὰ Ἰσραήλ · καρπώματα Κυρίου ὁ κλῆρος αὐτῶν, φάγονται αὐτά.

Non habébunt sacerdótes et Levítæ, et omnes qui de eádem tribu sunt, partem et hereditátem cum réliquo Israel, quia sacrifícia Dómini, et oblatiónes eius cómedent,

לא־יהיה לכהנים הלוים כל־שׁבט לוי חלק ונחלה עם־ישׂראל אשׁי יהוה ונחלתו יאכלון
1
The priests the Levites, [and] all the tribe of Levi, shall have no part nor inheritance with Israel: they shall eat the offerings of the LORD made by fire, and his inheritance.

κλῆρος δὲ οὐκ ἔσται αὐτοῖς ἐν τοῖς ἀδελφοῖς αὐτῶν · Κύριος αὐτὸς κλῆρος αὐτοῦ, καθότι εἶπεν αὐτῷ.

et nihil áliud accípient de possessióne fratrum suórum: Dóminus enim ipse est heréditas eórum, sicut locútus est illis.

ונחלה לא־יהיה לו בקרב אחיו יהוה הוא נחלתו כאשׁר דבר לו

Therefore shall they have no inheritance among their brethren: the LORD [is] their inheritance, as he hath said unto them.

וְזֶ֡ה יִהְיֶה֩ מִשְׁפַּ֨ט הַכֹּהֲנִ֜ים מֵאֵ֣ת הָעָ֗ם מֵאֵ֛ת זֹבְחֵ֥י הַזֶּ֖בַח אִם־שׁ֣וֹר אִם־שֶׂ֑ה וְנָתַן֙ לַכֹּהֵ֔ן הַזְּרֹ֥עַ וְהַלְּחָיַ֖יִם וְהַקֵּבָֽה׃

καὶ αὕτη ἡ κρίσις τῶν ἱερέων · τὰ παρὰ τοῦ λαοῦ, παρὰ τῶν θυόντων τὰ θύματα, ἐάν τε μόσχον ἐάν τε πρόβατον · καὶ δώσει τῷ ἱερεῖ τὸν βραχίονα καὶ τὰ σιαγόνια καὶ τὸ ἔνυστρον.

Hoc erit iudícium sacerdótum a pópulo, et ab his qui ófferunt víctimas: sive bovem, sive ovem immoláverint, dabunt sacerdóti armum ac ventrículum:

וזה יהיה משׁפט הכהנים מאת העם מאת זבחי הזבח אם־שׁור אם־שׂה ונתן לכהן הזרוע והלחים והקבה
3
And this shall be the priest ’s due from the people, from them that offer a sacrifice, whether [it be] ox or sheep; and they shall give unto the priest the shoulder, and the two cheeks, and the maw.

רֵאשִׁ֨ית דְּגָֽנְךָ֜ תִּֽירֹשְׁךָ֣ וְיִצְהָרֶ֗ךָ וְרֵאשִׁ֛ית גֵּ֥ז צֹאנְךָ֖ תִּתֶּן לּֽ־וֹ׃

καὶ τὰς ἀπαρχὰς τοῦ σίτου σου καὶ τοῦ οἴνου σου καὶ τοῦ ἐλαίου σου, καὶ τὴν ἀπαρχὴν τῶν κουρῶν τῶν προβάτων σου δώσεις αὐτῷ ·

primítias fruménti, vini, et ólei, et lanárum partem ex óvium tonsióne.

The firstfruit [also] of thy corn, of thy wine, and of thine oil, and the first of the fleece of thy sheep, shalt thou give him.

כִּ֣י ב֗וֹ בָּחַ֛ר יְהוָ֥ה אֱלֹהֶ֖יךָ מִכָּל שְׁבָטֶ֑י־ךָ לַעֲמֹ֨ד לְשָׁרֵ֧ת בְּשֵׁם־יְהוָ֛ה ה֥וּא וּבָנָ֖יו כָּל הַ־יָּמִֽים׃ ס

ὅτι αὐτὸν ἐξελέξατο Κύριος ἐκ πασῶν τῶν φυλῶν σου, παρεστάναι ἔναντι Κυρίου τοῦ θεοῦ, λειτουργεῖν καὶ εὐλογεῖν ἐπὶ τῷ ὀνόματι αὐτοῦ, αὐτὸς καὶ οἱ υἱοὶ αὐτοῦ ἐν τοῖς υἱοῖς Ἰσραήλ.

Ipsum enim elégit Dóminus Deus tuus de cunctis tríbubus tuis, ut stet, et minístret nómini Dómini, ipse, et fílii eius in sempitérnum.

כי בו בחר יהוה אלהיך מכל שׁבטיך לעמד לפני יהוה אלהיך לשׁרתו ולברך בשׁמו הוא ובניו כל הימים

For the LORD thy God hath chosen him out of all thy tribes, to stand to minister in the name of the LORD, him and his sons for ever.

וְכִֽי־יָבֹ֨א הַלֵּוִ֜י מֵאַחַ֤ד שְׁעָרֶ֨יךָ֙ מִכָּל־יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל אֲשֶׁר־ה֖וּא גָּ֣ר שָׁ֑ם וּבָא֙ בְּכָל־אַוַּ֣ת נַפְשׁ֔וֹ אֶל הַ־מָּק֖וֹם אֲשֶׁר־יִבְחַ֥ר יְהוָֽה׃

Ἐὰν δὲ παραγένηται ὁ Λευείτης ἐκ μιᾶς τῶν πόλεων ἐκ πάντων τῶν υἱῶν Ἰσραὴλ οὗ αὐτὸς παροικεῖ, καθότι ἐπιθυμεῖ ἡ ψυχὴ αὐτοῦ, εἰς τὸν τόπον ὃν ἂν ἐκλέξηται,

Si exíerit Levítes ex una úrbium tuárum ex omni Israel in qua hábitat, et volúerit veníre, desíderans locum quem elégerit Dóminus,

וכי יבוא הלוי מאחת שׁעריך מכל־ישׂראל אשׁר־הוא גר שׁם ובא בכל־אות נפשׁו אל המקום אשׁר בחר יהוה

And if a Levite come from any of thy gates out of all Israel, where he sojourned, and come with all the desire of his mind unto the place which the LORD shall choose;

Then he shall minister in the name of the LORD his God, as all his brethren the Levites [do], which stand there before the LORD.

Ἐὰν δὲ εἰσέλθῃς εἰς τὴν γῆν ἣν Κύριος ὁ θεός σου δίδωσίν σοι, οὐ μαθήσῃ ποιεῖν κατὰ τὰ βδελύγματα τῶν ἐθνῶν ἐκείνων.

Quando ingréssus fúeris terram, quam Dóminus Deus tuus dabit tibi, cave ne imitári velis abominatiónes illárum géntium.

When thou art come into the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee, thou shalt not learn to do after the abominations of those nations.

οὐχ εὑρεθήσεται ἐν σοὶ περικαθαίρων τὸν υἱὸν αὐτοῦ καὶ τὴν θυγατέρα αὐτοῦ ἐν πυρί, μαντευόμενος μαντείαν, κληδονιζόμενος καὶ οἰωνιζόμενος, φαρμακοῖς

Nec inveniátur in te qui lustret fílium suum, aut fíliam, ducens per ignem: aut qui aríolos sciscitétur, et obsérvet sómnia atque augúria, nec sit maléficus,

There shall not be found among you [any one] that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, [or] that useth divination, [or] an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch,

כִּֽי־תוֹעֲבַ֥ת יְהוָ֖ה כָּל־עֹ֣שֵׂה אֵ֑לֶּה וּבִגְלַל֙ הַתּוֹעֵבֹ֣ת הָאֵ֔לֶּה יְהוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֶ֔יךָ מוֹרִ֥ישׁ אוֹתָ֖ם מִפָּנֶֽיךָ׃

ἔστιν γὰρ βδέλυγμα Κυρίῳ τῷ θεῷ σου πᾶς ποιῶν ταῦτα · ἕνεκεν γὰρ τῶν βδελυγμάτων τούτων Κύριος ἐξολεθρεύσει αὐτοὺς ἀπὸ σοῦ.

Omnia enim hæc abominátur Dóminus, et propter istiúsmodi scélera delébit eos in intróitu tuo.

For all that do these things [are] an abomination unto the LORD: and because of these abominations the LORD thy God doth drive them out from before thee.

τὰ γὰρ ἔθνη ταῦτα οὓς σὺ κατακληρονομεῖς αὐτούς, οὗτοι κληδόνων καὶ μαντειῶν ἀκούσονται · καὶ σοὶ οὐχ οὕτως ἔδωκεν Κύριος ὁ θεός σου.

Gentes istæ, quarum possidébis terram, áugures et divínos áudiunt: tu autem a Dómino Deo tuo áliter institútus es.

כי הגוים האלה אשׁר אתם ירשׁים אתם אל המעננים ואל הקסמים ישׁמעו ואתה לא כן נתן לך יהוה אלהיך

For these nations, which thou shalt possess, hearkened unto observers of times, and unto diviners: but as for thee, the LORD thy God hath not suffered thee so [to do].

נָבִ֨יא מִקִּרְבְּךָ֤ מֵאַחֶ֨יךָ֙ כָּמֹ֔נִי יָקִ֥ים לְךָ֖ יְהוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֶ֑יךָ אֵלָ֖יו תִּשְׁמָעֽוּן׃

Προφήτην ἐκ τῶν ἀδελφῶν σου ὡς ἐμὲ ἀναστήσει Κύριος ὁ θεός σου σοί, αὐτοῦ ἀκούσεσθε.

Prophétam de gente tua et de frátribus tuis sicut me, suscitábit tibi Dóminus Deus tuus: ipsum áudies,

The LORD thy God will raise up unto thee a Prophet from the midst of thee, of thy brethren, like unto me; unto him ye shall hearken;

κατὰ πάντα ὅσα ᾐτήσω παρὰ Κυρίου τοῦ θεοῦ σου ἐν Χωρὴβ τῇ ἡμέρᾳ τῆς ἐκκλησίας λέγοντες Οὐ προσθήσομεν ἀκοῦσαι τὴν φωνὴν Κυρίου τοῦ θεοῦ σου, καὶ τὸ πῦρ τὸ μέγα τοῦτο οὐκ ὀψόμεθα ἔτι, οὐδὲ μὴ ἀποθάνωμεν.

ut petísti a Dómino Deo tuo in Horeb, quando cóncio congregáta est, atque dixísti: Ultra non áudiam vocem Dómini Dei mei, et ignem hunc máximum ámplius non vidébo, ne móriar.

ככל אשׁר־שׁאלת מעם יהוה אלהיך בחורב ביום הקהל לאמר לא אוסיף לשׁמע את־קול יהוה אלהי ואת אשׁו הגדלה הזאת לא־אראה עוד ולא אמות

According to all that thou desiredst of the LORD thy God in Horeb in the day of the assembly, saying, Let me not hear again the voice of the LORD my God, neither let me see this great fire any more, that I die not.

καὶ εἶπεν Κύριος πρὸς μέ Ὀρθῶς πάντα ὅσα ἐλάλησαν πρὸς σέ ·

Et ait Dóminus mihi: Bene ómnia sunt locúti.

נָבִ֨יא אָקִ֥ים לָהֶ֛ם מִקֶּ֥רֶב אֲחֵיהֶ֖ם כָּמ֑וֹךָ וְנָתַתִּ֤י דְבָרַי֙ בְּפִ֔יו וְדִבֶּ֣ר אֲלֵיהֶ֔ם אֵ֖ת כָּל־אֲשֶׁ֥ר אֲצַוֶּֽנּוּ׃

προφήτην ἀναστήσω αὐτοῖς ἐκ τῶν ἀδελφῶν αὐτῶν ὥσπερ σέ, καὶ δώσω τὰ ῥήματά μου ἐν τῷ στόματι αὐτοῦ, καὶ λαλήσει αὐτοῖς καθότι ἂν ἐντείλωμαι αὐτῷ ·

Prophétam suscitábo eis de médio fratrum suórum símilem tui: et ponam verba mea in ore eius, loquetúrque ad eos ómnia quæ præcépero illi.

נביא אקים להם מקרב אחיהם כמוך ונתתי דברי בפיו ודבר אליהם את כל־אשׁר אצונו

I will raise them up a Prophet from among their brethren, like unto thee, and will put my words in his mouth; and he shall speak unto them all that I shall command him.

καὶ ὁ ἄνθρωπος ὃς ἐὰν μὴ ἀκούσῃ ὅσα ἐὰν λαλήσῃ ὁ προφήτης ἐκεῖνος ἐπὶ τῷ ὀνόματί μου, ἐγὼ ἐκδικήσω ἐξ αὐτοῦ.

Qui autem verba eius, quæ loquétur in nómine meo, audíre nolúerit, ego ultor exsístam.

והיה האישׁ אשׁר לא־ישׁמע אל דבריו אשׁר ידבר בשׁמי אנכי אדרשׁ מעמו

And it shall come to pass, [that] whosoever will not hearken unto my words which he shall speak in my name, I will require [it] of him.

אַ֣ךְ הַנָּבִ֡יא אֲשֶׁ֣ר יָזִיד֩ לְדַבֵּ֨ר דָּבָ֜ר בִּשְׁמִ֗י אֵ֣ת אֲשֶׁ֤ר לֹֽא צִוִּיתִי־ו֙ לְדַבֵּ֔ר וַאֲשֶׁ֣ר יְדַבֵּ֔ר בְּשֵׁ֖ם אֱלֹהִ֣ים אֲחֵרִ֑ים וּמֵ֖ת הַנָּבִ֥יא הַהֽוּא׃
20
πλὴν ὁ προφήτης ὃς ἂν ἀσεβήσῃ λαλῆσαι ἐπὶ τῷ ὀνόματί μου ῥῆμα ὃ οὐ προσέταξα λαλῆσαι, καὶ ὃς ἂν λαλήσῃ ἐν ὀνόματι θεῶν ἑτέρων, ἀποθανεῖται ὁ προφήτης ἐκεῖνος.

Prophéta autem qui arrogántia depravátus volúerit loqui in nómine meo, quæ ego non præcépi illi ut díceret, aut ex nómine alienórum deórum, interficiétur.

אך הנביא אשׁר יזיד לדבר דבר בשׁמי את אשׁר לא צויתיו לדבר ואשׁר ידבר בשׁם אלהים אחרים ומת הנביא ההוא
20
But the prophet, which shall presume to speak a word in my name, which I have not commanded him to speak, or that shall speak in the name of other gods, even that prophet shall die.

וְכִ֥י תֹאמַ֖ר בִּלְבָבֶ֑ךָ אֵיכָה֙ נֵדַ֣ע אֶת הַ־דָּבָ֔ר אֲשֶׁ֥ר לֹא דִבְּר֖־וֹ יְהוָֽה׃
21
ἐὰν δὲ εἴπῃς ἐν τῇ καρδίᾳ σου Πῶς γνωσόμεθα τὸ ῥῆμα ὃ οὐκ ἐλάλησεν Κύριος;
21
Quod si tácita cogitatióne respónderis: Quómodo possum intellígere verbum, quod Dóminus non est locútus?

וכי תאמר בלבבך איך נודע את הדבר אשׁר לא דברו יהוה
21
And if thou say in thine heart, How shall we know the word which the LORD hath not spoken?

אֲשֶׁר֩ יְדַבֵּ֨ר הַנָּבִ֜יא בְּשֵׁ֣ם יְהוָ֗ה וְלֹֽא־יִהְיֶ֤ה הַדָּבָר֙ וְלֹ֣א יָב֔וֹא ה֣וּא הַדָּבָ֔ר אֲשֶׁ֥ר לֹא דִבְּר֖־וֹ יְהוָ֑ה בְּזָדוֹן֙ דִּבְּר֣וֹ הַנָּבִ֔יא לֹ֥א תָג֖וּר מִמֶּֽנּוּ׃ ס

ὅσα ἐὰν λαλήσῃ ὁ προφήτης ἐκεῖνος τῷ ὀνόματι Κυρίου, καὶ μὴ γένηται καὶ μὴ συμβῇ, τοῦτο τὸ ῥῆμα ὃ οὐκ ἐλάλησεν Κύριος · ἐν ἀσεβείᾳ ἐλάλησεν ὁ προφήτης ἐκεῖνος, οὐκ ἀφέξεσθε αὐτοῦ.

hoc habébis signum: quod in nómine Dómini prophéta ille prædíxerit, et non evénerit: hoc Dóminus non est locútus, sed per tumórem ánimi sui prophéta confínxit: et idcírco non timébis eum.

אשׁר ידבר הנביא בשׁם יהוה לא־יהיה הדבר ולא יבוא הוא הדבר אשׁר לא דברו יהוה בזדון דברו הנביא לא תגור ממנו

When a prophet speaketh in the name of the LORD, if the thing follow not, nor come to pass, that [is] the thing which the LORD hath not spoken, [but] the prophet hath spoken it presumptuously: thou shalt not be afraid of him.
