הַדָּבָ֛ר אֲשֶׁר־הָיָ֥ה אֶֽל־יִרְמְיָ֖הוּ מֵאֵ֣ת יְהוָ֑ה בִּשְׁלֹ֨חַ אֵלָ֜יו הַמֶּ֣לֶךְ צִדְקִיָּ֗הוּ אֶת־פַּשְׁחוּר֙ בֶּן־מַלְכִּיָּ֔ה וְאֶת־צְפַנְיָ֧ה בֶן־מַעֲשֵׂיָ֛ה הַכֹּהֵ֖ן לֵאמֹֽר׃

Ὁ λόγος ὁ γενόμενος παρὰ Κυρίου πρὸς Ἰερεμίαν ὅτε ἀπέστειλεν πρὸς αὐτὸν ὁ βασιλεὺς Σεδεκίας τὸν Πασχὼρ υἱὸν Μελχίου καὶ Σοφονίαν υἱὸν Μανασσαίου τὸν ἱερέα λέγων.

Ἐπερώτησον περὶ ἡμῶν τὸν κύριον ὅτι βασιλεὺς Βαβυλῶνος ἐφέστηκεν ἐφ᾽ ἡμᾶς εἰ ποιήσει Κύριος κατὰ πάντα τὰ θαυμάσια αὐτοῦ καὶ ἀπελεύσεται ἀφ᾽ ἡμῶν.

καὶ πολεμήσω ἐγὼ ὑμᾶς ἐν χειρὶ ἐκτεταμένῃ καὶ ἐν βραχίονι κραταιῷ μετὰ θυμοῦ καὶ ὀργῆς μεγάλης ·

καὶ μετὰ ταῦτα οὕτως λέγει Κύριος Δώσω τὸν Σεδεκίαν βασιλέα Ἰούδα καὶ τοὺς παῖδας αὐτοῦ καὶ τὸν λαὸν τὸν καταλειφθέντα ἐν τῇ πόλει ταύτῃ ἀπὸ τοῦ θανάτου καὶ ἀπὸ τοῦ λιμοῦ καὶ ἀπὸ τῆς μαχαίρας εἰς χεῖρας ἐχθρῶν αὐτῶν τῶν ζητούντων τὰς ψυχὰς αὐτῶν, καὶ κατακόψουσιν αὐτοὺς ἐν στόματι μαχαίρας · οὐ φείσομαι ἐπ᾽ αὐτοῖς, καὶ οὐ μὴ οἰκτειρήσω αὐτούς.

Et post hæc, ait Dóminus, dabo Sedecíam regem Iuda, et servos eius, et pópulum eius, et qui derelícti sunt in civitáte hac a peste, et gládio, et fame, in manu Nabuchodónosor regis Babylónis, et in manu inimicórum eórum, et in manu quæréntium ánimam eórum: et percútiet eos in ore gládii, et non flectétur, neque parcet, nec miserébitur.

And afterward, saith the LORD, I will deliver Zedekiah king of Judah, and his servants, and the people, and such as are left in this city from the pestilence, from the sword, and from the famine, into the hand of Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon, and into the hand of their enemies, and into the hand of those that seek their life: and he shall smite them with the edge of the sword; he shall not spare them, neither have pity, nor have mercy.
