וַיְדַבֵּ֥ר יְהוָ֖ה אֶל־מֹשֶׁ֥ה לֵּאמֹֽר׃

Καὶ ἐλάλησεν Κύριος πρὸς Μωυσῆν λέγων

Locutúsque est Dóminus ad Móysen, dicens:

וידבר יהוה אל־משׁה לאמר

And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

וְאֶל־בְּנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֘ל תֹּאמַר֒ אִ֣ישׁ אִישׁ֩ מִבְּנֵ֨י יִשְׂרָאֵ֜ל וּמִן הַ־גֵּ֣ר ׀ הַגָּ֣ר בְּיִשְׂרָאֵ֗ל אֲשֶׁ֨ר יִתֵּ֧ן מִזַּרְע֛וֹ לַמֹּ֖לֶךְ מ֣וֹת יוּמָ֑ת עַ֥ם הָאָ֖רֶץ יִרְגְּמֻ֥הוּ בָאָֽבֶן׃
2
Καὶ τοῖς υἱοῖς Ἰσραὴλ λαλήσεις Ἐάν τις ἀπὸ τῶν υἱῶν Ἰσραὴλ ἢ ἀπὸ τῶν γεγενημένων προσηλύτων ἐν Ἰσραὴλ ὃς ἂν δῷ τοῦ σπέρματος αὐτοῦ ἄρχοντι, θανάτῳ θανατούσθω · τὸ ἔθνος τὸ ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς λιθοβολήσουσιν αὐτὸν ἐν λίθοις.

Hæc loquéris fíliis Israel: Homo de fíliis Israel, et de ádvenis, qui hábitant in Israel, si quis déderit de sémine suo idólo Moloch, morte moriátur: pópulus terræ lapidábit eum.

ואל־בני ישׂראל תדבר אישׁ אישׁ מבית ישׂראל ומן הגר הגר בישׂראל אשׁר יתן מזרעו למלך מות יומת עם הארץ ירגמהו באבן
2
Again, thou shalt say to the children of Israel, Whosoever [he be] of the children of Israel, or of the strangers that sojourn in Israel, that giveth [any] of his seed unto Molech; he shall surely be put to death: the people of the land shall stone him with stones.

וַאֲנִ֞י אֶתֵּ֤ן אֶת פָּנַ־י֙ בָּאִ֣ישׁ הַה֔וּא וְהִכְרַתִּ֥י אֹת֖וֹ מִקֶּ֣רֶב עַמּ֑וֹ כִּ֤י מִזַּרְעוֹ֙ נָתַ֣ן לַמֹּ֔לֶךְ לְמַ֗עַן טַמֵּא֙ אֶת מִקְדָּשִׁ֔־י וּלְחַלֵּ֖ל אֶת־שֵׁ֥ם קָדְשִֽׁי׃

καὶ ἐγὼ ἐπιστήσω τὸ πρόσωπόν μου ἐπὶ τὸν ἄνθρωπον ἐκεῖνον καὶ ἀπολῶ αὐτὸν ἐκ τοῦ λαοῦ αὐτοῦ, ὅτι τοῦ σπέρματος αὐτοῦ ἔδωκεν ἄρχοντι, ἵνα μιάνῃ τὰ ἅγιά μου καὶ βεβηλώσῃ τὸ ὄνομα τῶν ἡγιασμένων μοι.

Et ego ponam fáciem meam contra illum: succidámque eum de médio pópuli sui, eo quod déderit de sémine suo Moloch, et contamináverit sanctuárium meum, ac pollúerit nomen sanctum meum.

ואני אתן את פני באישׁ ההוא והכרתי אתו מקרב עמו כי מזרעו נתן למלך למען טמא את מקדשׁי וחלל את־שׁם קדשׁי
3
And I will set my face against that man, and will cut him off from among his people; because he hath given of his seed unto Molech, to defile my sanctuary, and to profane my holy name.

וְאִ֡ם הַעְלֵ֣ם יַעְלִימֽוּ֩ עַ֨ם הָאָ֜רֶץ אֶת עֵֽינֵי־הֶם֙ מִן הָ־אִ֣ישׁ הַה֔וּא בְּתִתּ֥וֹ מִזַּרְע֖וֹ לַמֹּ֑לֶךְ לְבִלְתִּ֖י הָמִ֥ית אֹתֽוֹ׃
4
ἐὰν δὲ ὑπερόψει ὑπερίδωσιν οἱ αὐτόχθονες τῆς γῆς τοῖς ὀφθαλμοῖς αὐτῶν ἀπὸ τοῦ ἀνθρώπου ἐκείνου, ἐν τῷ δοῦναι αὐτὸν τοῦ σπέρματος αὐτοῦ ἄρχοντι, τοῦ μὴ ἀποκτεῖναι αὐτόν ·

Quod si négligens pópulus terræ, et quasi parvipéndens impérium meum, dimíserit hóminem qui dedit de sémine suo Moloch, nec volúerit eum occídere:

ואם העלם יעלמו עם הארץ את עיניהם מן האישׁ ההוא בתתו מזרעו למלך לבלתי המית אתו

And if the people of the land do any ways hide their eyes from the man, when he giveth of his seed unto Molech, and kill him not:

וְשַׂמְתִּ֨י אֲנִ֧י אֶת פָּנַ֛־י בָּאִ֥ישׁ הַה֖וּא וּבְמִשְׁפַּחְתּ֑וֹ וְהִכְרַתִּ֨י אֹת֜וֹ וְאֵ֣ת ׀ כָּל הַ־זֹּנִ֣ים אַחֲרָ֗יו לִזְנ֛וֹת אַחֲרֵ֥י הַמֹּ֖לֶךְ מִקֶּ֥רֶב עַמָּֽם׃

καὶ ἐπιστήσω τὸ πρόσωπόν μου ἐπὶ τὸν ἄνθρωπον ἐκεῖνον καὶ τὴν συγγενίαν αὐτοῦ, καὶ ἀπολῶ αὐτὸν καὶ πάντας τοὺς ὁμονοοῦντας αὐτῷ, ὥστε ἐκπορνεύειν αὐτὸν εἰς τοὺς ἄρχοντας, ἐκ τοῦ λαοῦ αὐτῶν.

ponam fáciem meam super hóminem illum, et super cognatiónem eius, succidámque et ipsum, et omnes qui consensérunt ei ut fornicarétur cum Moloch, de médio pópuli sui.

ושׂמתי אני את פני באישׁ ההוא ובמשׁפחתו והכרתי אתו ואת כל הזנים אחריו לזנות אחרי המלך מקרב עמם
5
Then I will set my face against that man, and against his family, and will cut him off, and all that go a whoring after him, to commit whoredom with Molech, from among their people.

וְהַנֶּ֗פֶשׁ אֲשֶׁ֨ר תִּפְנֶ֤ה אֶל הָֽ־אֹבֹת֙ וְאֶל הַ־יִּדְּעֹנִ֔ים לִזְנ֖וֹת אַחֲרֵיהֶ֑ם וְנָתַתִּ֤י אֶת פָּנַ־י֙ בַּנֶּ֣פֶשׁ הַהִ֔וא וְהִכְרַתִּ֥י אֹת֖וֹ מִקֶּ֥רֶב עַמּֽוֹ׃
6
καὶ ψυχὴ ἣ ἐὰν ἐπακολουθήσῃ ἐνγαστριμύθοις ἢ ἐπαοιδοῖς ὥστε ἐκπορνεῦσαι ὀπίσω αὐτῶν, ἐπιστήσω τὸ πρόσωπόν μου ἐπὶ τὴν ψυχὴν ἐκείνην καὶ ἀπολῶ αὐτὴν ἐκ τοῦ λαοῦ αὐτῆς.

Anima, quæ declináverit ad magos et aríolos, et fornicáta fúerit cum eis, ponam fáciem meam contra eam, et interfíciam illam de médio pópuli sui.

והנפשׁ אשׁר תפנה אל האובות ואל הידעונים לזנות אחריהם ונתתי את פני בנפשׁ ההיא והכרתי אתה מקרב עמה
6
And the soul that turneth after such as have familiar spirits, and after wizards, to go a whoring after them, I will even set my face against that soul, and will cut him off from among his people.

וְהִ֨תְקַדִּשְׁתֶּ֔ם וִהְיִיתֶ֖ם קְדֹשִׁ֑ים כִּ֛י אֲנִ֥י יְהוָ֖ה אֱלֹהֵיכֶֽם׃

καὶ ἔσεσθε ἅγιοι, ὅτι ἅγιος ἐγὼ Κύριος ὁ θεὸς ὑμῶν ·

Sanctificámini et estóte sancti, quia ego sum Dóminus Deus vester.

והייתם קדישׁים כי קדושׁ אני יהוה אלהיכם

Sanctify yourselves therefore, and be ye holy: for I [am] the LORD your God.

וּשְׁמַרְתֶּם֙ אֶת חֻקֹּתַ֔־י וַעֲשִׂיתֶ֖ם אֹתָ֑ם אֲנִ֥י יְהוָ֖ה מְקַדִּשְׁכֶֽם׃

καὶ φυλάξεσθε τὰ προστάγματά μου καὶ ποιήσετε αὐτά, ἐγὼ Κύριος ὁ ἁγιάζων ὑμᾶς.

Custodíte præcépta mea, et fácite ea. Ego Dóminus qui sanctífico vos.

ושׁמרתם את כל חקותי ועשׂיתם אתם אני יהוה מקדשׁכם

And ye shall keep my statutes, and do them: I [am] the LORD which sanctify you.

כִּֽי־אִ֣ישׁ אִ֗ישׁ אֲשֶׁ֨ר יְקַלֵּ֧ל אֶת אָבִ֛י־ו וְאֶת אִמּ֖־וֹ מ֣וֹת יוּמָ֑ת אָבִ֧יו וְאִמּ֛וֹ קִלֵּ֖ל דָּמָ֥יו בּֽוֹ׃
9
ἄνθρωπος ἄνθρωπος ὃς ἂν κακῶς εἴπῃ τὸν πατέρα αὐτοῦ ἢ τὴν μητέρα αὐτοῦ θανάτῳ θανατούσθω · πατέρα αὐτοῦ ἢ μητέρα αὐτοῦ κακῶς εἶπεν, ἔνοχος ἔσται.

Qui maledíxerit patri suo, aut matri, morte moriátur: patri matríque maledíxit: sanguis eius sit super eum.

כי־אישׁ אישׁ אשׁר יקלל את אביו ואת אמו מות יומת אביו ואמו קלל דמו בו
9
For every one that curseth his father or his mother shall be surely put to death: he hath cursed his father or his mother; his blood [shall be] upon him.

וְאִ֗ישׁ אֲשֶׁ֤ר יִנְאַף֙ אֶת־אֵ֣שֶׁת אִ֔ישׁ אֲשֶׁ֥ר יִנְאַ֖ף אֶת־אֵ֣שֶׁת רֵעֵ֑הוּ מֽוֹת־יוּמַ֥ת הַנֹּאֵ֖ף וְהַנֹּאָֽפֶת׃
10
ἄνθρωπος ὃς ἂν μοιχεύσηται γυναῖκα ἀνδρός, ἢ ὃς ἂν μοιχεύσηται γυναῖκα τοῦ πλησίον, θανάτῳ θανατούσθωσαν ὁ μοιχεύων καὶ ἡ μοιχευομένη.

Si mœchátus quis fúerit cum uxóre altérius, et adultérium perpetráverit cum cóniuge próximi sui, morte moriántur et mœchus et adúltera.

ואישׁ אשׁר ינאף את־אשׁת אישׁ אשׁר ינאף את־אשׁת רעהו מות־יומת הנאף והנאפת
10
And the man that committeth adultery with [another] man ’s wife, [even he] that committeth adultery with his neighbour ’s wife, the adulterer and the adulteress shall surely be put to death.

וְאִ֗ישׁ אֲשֶׁ֤ר יִשְׁכַּב֙ אֶת־אֵ֣שֶׁת אָבִ֔יו עֶרְוַ֥ת אָבִ֖יו גִּלָּ֑ה מֽוֹת־יוּמְת֥וּ שְׁנֵיהֶ֖ם דְּמֵיהֶ֥ם בָּֽם׃
11
ἐάν τις κοιμηθῇ μετὰ γυναικὸς τοῦ πατρὸς αὐτοῦ, ἀσχημοσύνην τοῦ πατρὸς αὐτοῦ ἀπεκάλυψεν, θανατούσθω · ἀμφότεροι ἔνοχοί εἰσιν.

Qui dormíerit cum novérca sua, et reveláverit ignomíniam patris sui, morte moriántur ambo: sanguis eórum sit super eos.
11
ואישׁ אשׁר ישׁכב את־אשׁת אביו ערות אביו גלה מות־יומתו שׁניהם דמיהם בם
11
And the man that lieth with his father ’s wife hath uncovered his father ’s nakedness: both of them shall surely be put to death; their blood [shall be] upon them.

וְאִ֗ישׁ אֲשֶׁ֤ר יִשְׁכַּב֙ אֶת כַּלָּת֔־וֹ מ֥וֹת יוּמְת֖וּ שְׁנֵיהֶ֑ם תֶּ֥בֶל עָשׂ֖וּ דְּמֵיהֶ֥ם בָּֽם׃
12
καὶ ἐάν τις κοιμηθῇ μετὰ νύμφης αὐτοῦ, θανάτῳ θανατούσθωσαν ἀμφότεροι · ἠσεβήκασιν γάρ, ἔνοχοί εἰσιν.

Si quis dormíerit cum nuru sua, utérque moriátur, quia scelus operáti sunt: sanguis eórum sit super eos.

ואישׁ אשׁר ישׁכב את כלתו מות יומתו שׁניהם תבל עשׂו דמיהם בם
12
And if a man lie with his daughter in law, both of them shall surely be put to death: they have wrought confusion; their blood [shall be] upon them.

וְאִ֗ישׁ אֲשֶׁ֨ר יִשְׁכַּ֤ב אֶת־זָכָר֙ מִשְׁכְּבֵ֣י אִשָּׁ֔ה תּוֹעֵבָ֥ה עָשׂ֖וּ שְׁנֵיהֶ֑ם מ֥וֹת יוּמָ֖תוּ דְּמֵיהֶ֥ם בָּֽם׃
13
καὶ ὃς ἂν κοιμηθῇ μετὰ ἄρσενος κοίτην γυναικός, βδέλυγμα ἐποίησαν ἀμφότεροι · θανατούσθωσαν, ἔνοχοί εἰσιν.

Qui dormíerit cum másculo cóitu femíneo, utérque operátus est nefas, morte moriántur: sit sanguis eórum super eos.

ואישׁ אשׁר ישׁכב את־זכר משׁכבי אשׁה תועבה עשׂו מות יומתו שׁניהם דמיהם בם

If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood [shall be] upon them.

וְאִ֗ישׁ אֲשֶׁ֨ר יִקַּ֧ח אֶת־אִשָּׁ֛ה וְאֶת אִמָּ֖־הּ זִמָּ֣ה הִ֑וא בָּאֵ֞שׁ יִשְׂרְפ֤וּ אֹתוֹ֙ וְאֶתְהֶ֔ן וְלֹא־תִהְיֶ֥ה זִמָּ֖ה בְּתוֹכְכֶֽם׃
14
ὃς ἐὰν λάβῃ γυναῖκα καὶ τὴν μητέρα αὐτῆς, ἀνόμημά ἐστιν · ἐν πυρὶ κατακαύσουσιν αὐτὸν καὶ αὐτὰς, καὶ οὐκ ἔσται ἀνομία ἐν ὑμῖν.

Qui supra uxórem fíliam, dúxerit matrem eius, scelus operátus est: vivus ardébit cum eis, nec permanébit tantum nefas in médio vestri.

ואישׁ אשׁר יקח את־אשׁה ואת אמה זמה היא באשׁ ישׂרפו אתו ואתהן ולא־תהיה זמה בתוככם
14
And if a man take a wife and her mother, it [is] wickedness: they shall be burnt with fire, both he and they; that there be no wickedness among you.

וְאִ֗ישׁ אֲשֶׁ֨ר יִתֵּ֧ן שְׁכָבְתּ֛וֹ בִּבְהֵמָ֖ה מ֣וֹת יוּמָ֑ת וְאֶת הַ־בְּהֵמָ֖ה תַּהֲרֹֽגוּ׃
15
καὶ ὃς ἂν δῷ κοιτασίαν αὐτοῦ ἐν τετράποδι, θανάτῳ θανατούσθω, καὶ τὸ τετράπουν ἀποκτενεῖτε.

Qui cum iuménto et pécore coíerit, morte moriátur: pecus quoque occídite.

ואישׁ אשׁר יתן שׁכבתו בבהמה מות יומת ואת הבהמה תהרגו
15
And if a man lie with a beast, he shall surely be put to death: and ye shall slay the beast.

וְאִשָּׁ֗ה אֲשֶׁ֨ר תִּקְרַ֤ב אֶל־כָּל־בְּהֵמָה֙ לְרִבְעָ֣ה אֹתָ֔הּ וְהָרַגְתָּ֥ אֶת הָ־אִשָּׁ֖ה וְאֶת הַ־בְּהֵמָ֑ה מ֥וֹת יוּמָ֖תוּ דְּמֵיהֶ֥ם בָּֽם׃
16
καὶ γυνὴ ἥτις προσελεύσεται πρὸς πᾶν κτῆνος βιβασθῆναι αὐτὴν ὑπ᾽ αὐτοῦ, ἀποκτενεῖτε τὴν γυναῖκα καὶ τὸ κτῆνος · θανάτῳ θανατούσθω, ἔνοχοί εἰσιν.

Múlier, quæ succubúerit cuílibet iuménto, simul interficiétur cum eo: sanguis eórum sit super eos.

ואשׁה אשׁר תקרב אל־כל־בהמה לרבעה אתה והרגת את האשׁה ואת הבהמה מות יומתו דמיהם בם
16
And if a woman approach unto any beast, and lie down thereto, thou shalt kill the woman, and the beast: they shall surely be put to death; their blood [shall be] upon them.

וְאִ֣ישׁ אֲשֶׁר־יִקַּ֣ח אֶת אֲחֹת֡־וֹ בַּת אָבִ֣י־ו א֣וֹ בַת אִ֠מּ־וֹ וְרָאָ֨ה אֶת עֶרְוָתָ֜־הּ וְהִֽיא־תִרְאֶ֤ה אֶת עֶרְוָת־וֹ֙ חֶ֣סֶד ה֔וּא וְנִ֨כְרְת֔וּ לְעֵינֵ֖י בְּנֵ֣י עַמָּ֑ם עֶרְוַ֧ת אֲחֹת֛וֹ גִּלָּ֖ה עֲוֺנ֥וֹ יִשָּֽׂא׃

ὃς ἐὰν λάβῃ τὴν ἀδελφὴν αὐτοῦ ἐκ πατρὸς αὐτοῦ ἢ ἐκ μητρὸς αὐτοῦ, καὶ ἴδῃ τὴν ἀσχημοσύνην αὐτῆς καὶ αὕτη ἴδῃ τὴν ἀσχημοσύνην αὐτοῦ, ὄνειδός ἐστιν, ἐξολεθρευθήσονται ἐνώπιον υἱῶν γένους αὐτῶν · ἀσχημοσύνην ἀδελφῆς αὐτοῦ ἀπεκάλυψεν, ἁμαρτίαν κομιοῦνται.

Qui accéperit sorórem suam fíliam patris sui, vel fíliam matris suæ, et víderit turpitúdinem eius, illáque conspéxerit fratris ignomíniam, nefáriam rem operáti sunt: occidéntur in conspéctu pópuli sui, eo quod turpitúdinem suam mútuo reveláverint, et portábunt iniquitátem suam.

ואישׁ אשׁר־יקח את אחותו בת אביו או בת אמו וראה את ערותה והיא־תראה את ערותו חסד הוא ונכרתו לעיני בני עמם ערות אחותו גלה עונו ישׂא
17
And if a man shall take his sister, his father ’s daughter, or his mother ’s daughter, and see her nakedness, and she see his nakedness; it [is] a wicked thing; and they shall be cut off in the sight of their people: he hath uncovered his sister ’s nakedness; he shall bear his iniquity.

וְ֠אִישׁ אֲשֶׁר־יִשְׁכַּ֨ב אֶת־אִשָּׁ֜ה דָּוָ֗ה וְגִלָּ֤ה אֶת עֶרְוָתָ־הּ֙ אֶת מְקֹרָ֣־הּ הֶֽעֱרָ֔ה וְהִ֕יא גִּלְּתָ֖ה אֶת־מְק֣וֹר דָּמֶ֑יהָ וְנִכְרְת֥וּ שְׁנֵיהֶ֖ם מִקֶּ֥רֶב עַמָּֽם׃
18
καὶ ἀνὴρ ὃς ἂν κοιμηθῇ μετὰ γυναικὸς ἀποκαθημένης καὶ ἀποκαλύψῃ τὴν ἀσχημοσύνην αὐτῆς, τὴν πηγὴν αὐτῆς ἀπεκάλυψεν, καὶ αὕτη ἀπεκάλυψεν τὴν ῥύσιν τοῦ αἵματος αὐτῆς · ἐξολεθρευθήσονται ἀμφότεροι ἐκ τοῦ γένους αὐτῶν.

Qui coíerit cum mulíere in fluxu ménstruo, et reveláverit turpitúdinem eius, ipsáque aperúerit fontem sánguinis sui, interficiéntur ambo de médio pópuli sui.

ואישׁ אשׁר־ישׁכב את־אשׁה דוה וגלה את ערותה את־מקור הערוה והיא גלתה את־מקור דמיה ונכרתו שׁניהם מקרב עמם
18
And if a man shall lie with a woman having her sickness, and shall uncover her nakedness; he hath discovered her fountain, and she hath uncovered the fountain of her blood: and both of them shall be cut off from among their people.

וְעֶרְוַ֨ת אֲח֧וֹת אִמְּךָ֛ וַאֲח֥וֹת אָבִ֖יךָ לֹ֣א תְגַלֵּ֑ה כִּ֧י אֶת שְׁאֵר֛־וֹ הֶעֱרָ֖ה עֲוֺנָ֥ם יִשָּֽׂאוּ׃
19
καὶ ἀσχημοσύνην ἀδελφῆς πατρός σου καὶ ἀδελφῆς μητρός σου οὐκ ἀποκαλύψεις · τὴν γὰρ οἰκειότητα ἀπεκάλυψεν, ἁμαρτίαν ἀποίσονται.

And thou shalt not uncover the nakedness of thy mother ’s sister, nor of thy father ’s sister: for he uncovereth his near kin: they shall bear their iniquity.

וְאִ֗ישׁ אֲשֶׁ֤ר יִשְׁכַּב֙ אֶת דֹּ֣דָת֔־וֹ עֶרְוַ֥ת דֹּד֖וֹ גִּלָּ֑ה חֶטְאָ֥ם יִשָּׂ֖אוּ עֲרִירִ֥ים יָמֻֽתוּ׃
20
ὃς ἂν κοιμηθῇ μετὰ τῆς συγγενοῦς αὐτοῦ, ἀσχημοσύνην τῆς συγγενοῦς αὐτοῦ ἀπεκάλυψεν · ἄτεκνοι ἀποθανοῦνται.

Qui coíerit cum uxóre pátrui vel avúnculi sui, et reveláverit ignomíniam cognatiónis suæ, portábunt ambo peccátum suum: absque líberis moriéntur.

And if a man shall lie with his uncle ’s wife, he hath uncovered his uncle ’s nakedness: they shall bear their sin; they shall die childless.

Qui dúxerit uxórem fratris sui, rem facit illícitam: turpitúdinem fratris sui revelávit: absque líberis erunt.

And if a man shall take his brother ’s wife, it [is] an unclean thing: he hath uncovered his brother ’s nakedness; they shall be childless.

Καὶ φυλάξασθε πάντα τὰ προστάγματά μου καὶ τὰ κρίματά μου, καὶ οὐ μὴ προσοχθίσῃ ὑμῖν ἡ γῆ εἰς ἣν ἐγὼ εἰσάγω ὑμᾶς ἐκεῖ κατοικεῖν ἐπ᾽ αὐτῆς.

Nolíte ambuláre in legítimis natiónum, quas ego expulsúrus sum ante vos. Omnia enim hæc fecérunt, et abominátus sum eas.

And ye shall not walk in the manners of the nation, which I cast out before you: for they committed all these things, and therefore I abhorred them.

But I have said unto you, Ye shall inherit their land, and I will give it unto you to possess it, a land that floweth with milk and honey: I [am] the LORD your God, which have separated you from [other] people.

Separáte ergo et vos iuméntum mundum ab immúndo, et avem mundam ab immúnda: ne polluátis ánimas vestras in pécore, et ávibus, et cunctis quæ movéntur in terra, et quæ vobis osténdi esse pollúta.

והבדלתם בין הבהמה הטהרה לטמאה ובין העוף הטמא לטהור ולא־תשׁקצו את נפשׁתיכם בבהמה ובעוף ובכל אשׁר תרמשׂ האדמה אשׁר־הבדלתי לכם לטמאה

Ye shall therefore put difference between clean beasts and unclean, and between unclean fowls and clean: and ye shall not make your souls abominable by beast, or by fowl, or by any manner of living thing that creepeth on the ground, which I have separated from you as unclean.

And ye shall be holy unto me: for I the LORD [am] holy, and have severed you from [other] people, that ye should be mine.

A man also or woman that hath a familiar spirit, or that is a wizard, shall surely be put to death: they shall stone them with stones: their blood [shall be] upon them.
