וַיְהִי֙ בַּיּ֣וֹם הַשְּׁמִינִ֔י קָרָ֣א מֹשֶׁ֔ה לְאַהֲרֹ֖ן וּלְבָנָ֑יו וּלְזִקְנֵ֖י יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃
1
Καὶ ἐγενήθη τῇ ἡμέρᾳ τῇ ὀγδόῃ ἐκάλεσεν Μωσῆς Ἀαρὼν καὶ τοὺς υἱοὺς αὐτοῦ καὶ τὴν γερουσίαν Ἰσραήλ.

Facto autem octávo die, vocávit Móyses Aaron, et fílios eius, ac maióres natu Israel, dixítque ad Aaron:

ויהי ביום השׁמיני קרא משׁה לאהרן ולבניו ולזקני ישׂראל

And it came to pass on the eighth day, [that] Moses called Aaron and his sons, and the elders of Israel;

וַיֹּ֣אמֶר אֶֽל־אַהֲרֹ֗ן קַח לְ֠־ךָ עֵ֣גֶל בֶּן־בָּקָ֧ר לְחַטָּ֛את וְאַ֥יִל לְעֹלָ֖ה תְּמִימִ֑ם וְהַקְרֵ֖ב לִפְנֵ֥י יְהוָֽה׃
2
καὶ εἶπεν Μωυσῆς πρὸς Ἀαρών Λάβε σεαυτῷ μοσχάριον ἁπαλὸν ἐκ βοῶν περὶ ἁμαρτίας καὶ κριὸν εἰς ὁλοκαύτωμα, ἄμωμα, καὶ προσένεγκε αὐτὰ ἔναντι Κυρίου ·

Tolle de arménto vítulum pro peccáto, et aríetem in holocáustum, utrúmque immaculátum, et offer illos coram Dómino.

ויאמר אל־אהרן קח לך עגל בן־בקר לחטאת ואיל לעלה תמימם והקריב לפני יהוה
2
And he said unto Aaron, Take thee a young calf for a sin offering, and a ram for a burnt offering, without blemish, and offer [them] before the LORD.

וְאֶל־בְּנֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל תְּדַבֵּ֣ר לֵאמֹ֑ר קְח֤וּ שְׂעִיר־עִזִּים֙ לְחַטָּ֔את וְעֵ֨גֶל וָכֶ֧בֶשׂ בְּנֵי־שָׁנָ֛ה תְּמִימִ֖ם לְעֹלָֽה׃
3
καὶ τῇ γερουσίᾳ Ἰσραὴλ λάλησον λέγων Λάβετε χίμαρον ἐξ αἰγῶν ἕνα περὶ ἁμαρτίας, καὶ μοσχάριον καὶ ἀμνὸν ἐνιαύσιον εἰς ὁλοκάρπωσιν, ἄμωμα,

Et ad fílios Israel loquéris: Tóllite hircum pro peccáto, et vítulum atque agnum annículos et sine mácula, in holocáustum,

ואל זקני ישׂראל תדבר לאמר קחו שׂעיר־עזים לחטאת ועגל וכבשׂ בני־שׁנה תמימם לעלה
3
And unto the children of Israel thou shalt speak, saying, Take ye a kid of the goats for a sin offering; and a calf and a lamb, [both] of the first year, without blemish, for a burnt offering;

וְשׁ֨וֹר וָאַ֜יִל לִשְׁלָמִ֗ים לִזְבֹּ֨חַ֙ לִפְנֵ֣י יְהוָ֔ה וּמִנְחָ֖ה בְּלוּלָ֣ה בַשָּׁ֑מֶן כִּ֣י הַיּ֔וֹם יְהוָ֖ה נִרְאָ֥ה אֲלֵיכֶֽם׃
4
καὶ μόσχον καὶ κριὸν εἰς θυσίαν σωτηρίου ἔναντι Κυρίου, καὶ σεμίδαλιν πεφυραμένην ἐν ἐλαίῳ · ὅτι σήμερον Κύριος ὀφθήσεται ἐν ὑμῖν.

bovem et aríetem pro pacíficis: et immoláte eos coram Dómino, in sacrifício singulórum símilam conspérsam óleo offeréntes: hódie enim Dóminus apparébit vobis.

ושׁור ואיל לשׁלמים לזבח לפני יהוה ומנחה בלולה בשׁמן כי היום יהוה נראה אליכם
4
Also a bullock and a ram for peace offerings, to sacrifice before the LORD; and a meat offering mingled with oil: for to day the LORD will appear unto you.

וַיִּקְח֗וּ אֵ֚ת אֲשֶׁ֣ר צִוָּ֣ה מֹשֶׁ֔ה אֶל־פְּנֵ֖י אֹ֣הֶל מוֹעֵ֑ד וַֽיִּקְרְבוּ֙ כָּל הָ֣־עֵדָ֔ה וַיַּֽעַמְד֖וּ לִפְנֵ֥י יְהוָֽה׃
5
καὶ ἔλαβον καθὸ ἐνετείλατο Μωυσῆς ἀπέναντι τῆς σκηνῆς τοῦ μαρτυρίου · καὶ προσῆλθεν πᾶσα συναγωγή, καὶ ἔστησαν ἔναντι Κυρίου.

Tulérunt ergo cuncta quæ iússerat Móyses ad óstium tabernáculi: ubi cum omnis multitúdo astáret,

ויקחו את אשׁר צוה משׁה אל־פני אהל מועד ויקרבו כל העדה ויעמדו לפני יהוה
5
And they brought [that] which Moses commanded before the tabernacle of the congregation: and all the congregation drew near and stood before the LORD.

וַיֹּ֣אמֶר מֹשֶׁ֔ה זֶ֧ה הַדָּבָ֛ר אֲשֶׁר־צִוָּ֥ה יְהוָ֖ה תַּעֲשׂ֑וּ וְיֵרָ֥א אֲלֵיכֶ֖ם כְּב֥וֹד יְהוָֽה׃

καὶ εἶπεν Μωσῆς Τοῦτο τὸ ῥῆμα ὃ εἶπεν Κύριος ποιήσατε, καὶ ὀφθήσεται ἐν ὑμῖν δόξα Κυρίου.

ait Móyses: Iste est sermo, quem præcépit Dóminus: fácite, et apparébit vobis glória eius.

ויאמר משׁה זה הדבר אשׁר־צוה יהוה תעשׂון ויראה אליכם כבוד יהוה
6
And Moses said, This [is] the thing which the LORD commanded that ye should do: and the glory of the LORD shall appear unto you.

וַיֹּ֨אמֶר מֹשֶׁ֜ה אֶֽל־אַהֲרֹ֗ן קְרַ֤ב אֶל הַ־מִּזְבֵּ֨חַ֙ וַעֲשֵׂ֞ה אֶת חַטָּֽאתְ־ךָ֙ וְאֶת עֹ֣לָתֶ֔־ךָ וְכַפֵּ֥ר בַּֽעַדְךָ֖ וּבְעַ֣ד הָעָ֑ם וַעֲשֵׂ֞ה אֶת־קָרְבַּ֤ן הָעָם֙ וְכַפֵּ֣ר בַּֽעֲדָ֔ם כַּאֲשֶׁ֖ר צִוָּ֥ה יְהוָֽה׃

καὶ εἶπεν Μωυσῆς τῷ Ἀαρών Πρόσελθε πρὸς τὸ θυσιαστήριον, καὶ ποίησον τὸ περὶ τῆς ἁμαρτίας σου καὶ τὸ ὁλοκαύτωμά σου, καὶ ἐξίλασαι περὶ σεαυτοῦ καὶ τοῦ οἴκου σου · καὶ ποίησον τὰ δῶρα τοῦ λαοῦ, καὶ ἐξίλασαι περὶ αὐτῶν, καθάπερ ἐνετείλατο Κύριος τῷ Μωυσῇ.

Et dixit ad Aaron: Accéde ad altáre, et ímmola pro peccáto tuo: offer holocáustum, et deprecáre pro te et pro pópulo: cumque mactáveris hóstiam pópuli, ora pro eo, sicut præcépit Dóminus.

ויאמר משׁה אל־אהרן קרב אל המזבח ועשׂה את חטאתך ואת עלתך וכפר בעדך ובעד העם ועשׂה את־קרבן העם וכפר בעדם כאשׁר צוה יהוה
7
And Moses said unto Aaron, Go unto the altar, and offer thy sin offering, and thy burnt offering, and make an atonement for thyself, and for the people: and offer the offering of the people, and make an atonement for them; as the LORD commanded.

וַיִּקְרַ֥ב אַהֲרֹ֖ן אֶל הַ־מִּזְבֵּ֑חַ וַיִּשְׁחַ֛ט אֶת־עֵ֥גֶל הַחַטָּ֖את אֲשֶׁר לֽ־וֹ׃
8
Καὶ προσῆλθεν Ἀαρὼν πρὸς τὸ θυσιαστήριον, καὶ ἔσφαξεν τὸ μοσχάριον τὸ περὶ τῆς ἁμαρτίας ·

Statímque Aaron accédens ad altáre, immolávit vítulum pro peccáto suo:

ויקרב אהרן אל המזבח וישׁחט את־עגל החטאת אשׁר לו
8
Aaron therefore went unto the altar, and slew the calf of the sin offering, which [was] for himself.

ויקרב אהרן? אל המז[ב]ח# ויש#ח#ט את־עגל [החטאת אש]ר## ל׳ו ׃
9
וַ֠יַּקְרִבוּ בְּנֵ֨י אַהֲרֹ֣ן אֶת הַ־דָּם֮ אֵלָיו֒ וַיִּטְבֹּ֤ל אֶצְבָּעוֹ֙ בַּדָּ֔ם וַיִּתֵּ֖ן עַל־קַרְנ֣וֹת הַמִּזְבֵּ֑חַ וְאֶת הַ־דָּ֣ם יָצַ֔ק אֶל־יְס֖וֹד הַמִּזְבֵּֽחַ׃
9
καὶ προσήνεγκαν οἱ υἱοὶ Ἀαρὼν τὸ αἷμα πρὸς αὐτόν, καὶ ἔβαψεν τὸν δάκτυλον εἰς τὸ αἷμα καὶ ἐπέθηκεν ἐπὶ τὰ κέρατα τοῦ θυσιαστηρίου, καὶ τὸ αἷμα ἐξέχεεν ἐπὶ τὴν βάσιν τοῦ θυσιαστηρίου ·

cuius sánguinem obtulérunt ei fílii sui: in quo tingens dígitum, tétigit córnua altáris, et fudit resíduum ad basim eius.

ויקריבו בני אהרן את הדם אליו ויטבל אצבעו בדם ויתן על־קרנות המזבח ואת הדם יצק אל־יסוד המזבח
9
And the sons of Aaron brought the blood unto him: and he dipped his finger in the blood, and put [it] upon the horns of the altar, and poured out the blood at the bottom of the altar:

ויקרבו ב[ני אהרן את הדם אל]י׳ו וי[טב]ל אצבע׳ו [בדם ויתן על־קרנו]ת ה##[מ]ז#?בח ו#?[את הדם יצק אל־יסוד המזבח ׃

וְאֶת הַ־חֵ֨לֶב וְאֶת הַ־כְּלָיֹ֜ת וְאֶת הַ־יֹּתֶ֤רֶת מִן הַ־כָּבֵד֙ מִן הַ֣־חַטָּ֔את הִקְטִ֖יר הַמִּזְבֵּ֑חָה כַּאֲשֶׁ֛ר צִוָּ֥ה יְהוָ֖ה אֶת־מֹשֶֽׁה׃
10
καὶ τὸ στέαρ καὶ τοὺς νεφροὺς καὶ τὸν λοβὸν τοῦ ἥπατος τοῦ περὶ τῆς ἁμαρτίας ἀνήνεγκεν ἐπὶ τὸ θυσιαστήριον, ὃν τρόπον ἐνετείλατο Κύριος τῷ Μωσῇ ·
10
Adipémque, et renúnculos, ac retículum iécoris, quæ sunt pro peccáto, adolévit super altáre, sicut præcéperat Dóminus Móysi:

ואת החלב ואת הכליות ואת היותרת מן הכבד מן החטאת הקטיר המזבחה כאשׁר צוה יהוה את־משׁה
10
But the fat, and the kidneys, and the caul above the liver of the sin offering, he burnt upon the altar; as the LORD commanded Moses.

וְאֶת הַ־בָּשָׂ֖ר וְאֶת הָ־ע֑וֹר שָׂרַ֣ף בָּאֵ֔שׁ מִח֖וּץ לַֽמַּחֲנֶֽה׃
11
καὶ τὰ κρέα καὶ τὴν βύρσαν κατέκαυσεν αὐτὰ πυρὶ ἔξω τῆς παρεμβολῆς.

carnes vero et pellem eius extra castra combússit igni.

ואת הבשׂר ואת העור שׂרף באשׁ מחוץ למחנה
11
And the flesh and the hide he burnt with fire without the camp.

וַיִּשְׁחַ֖ט אֶת הָ־עֹלָ֑ה וַ֠יַּמְצִאוּ בְּנֵ֨י אַהֲרֹ֤ן אֵלָיו֙ אֶת הַ־דָּ֔ם וַיִּזְרְקֵ֥הוּ עַל הַ־מִּזְבֵּ֖חַ סָבִֽיב׃
12
καὶ ἔσφαξεν τὸ ὁλοκαύτωμα · καὶ προσήνεγκαν οἱ υἱοὶ Ἀαρὼν καὶ τὸ αἷμα πρὸς αὐτόν, καὶ προσέχεεν ἐπὶ τὸ θυσιαστήριον κύκλῳ ·

Immolávit et holocáusti víctimam: obtulerúntque ei fílii sui sánguinem eius, quem fudit per altáris circúitum.

וישׁחט את העלה וימציאו בני אהרן אליו את הדם ויזרקהו על המזבח סביב
12
And he slew the burnt offering; and Aaron ’s sons presented unto him the blood, which he sprinkled round about upon the altar.

וְאֶת הָ־עֹלָ֗ה הִמְצִ֧יאוּ אֵלָ֛יו לִנְתָחֶ֖יהָ וְאֶת הָ־רֹ֑אשׁ וַיַּקְטֵ֖ר עַל הַ־מִּזְבֵּֽחַ׃
13
καὶ τὸ ὁλοκαύτωμα, προσήνεγκαν αὐτὸ κατὰ μέλη, αὐτὰ καὶ τὴν κεφαλήν, καὶ ἐπέθηκεν ἐπὶ τὸ θυσιαστήριον ·

Ipsam étiam hóstiam in frusta concísam, cum cápite et membris síngulis obtulérunt: quæ ómnia super altáre cremávit igni,

ואת העלה המציאו אליו לנתחיה ואת הראשׁ ויקטר המזבחה

And they presented the burnt offering unto him, with the pieces thereof, and the head: and he burnt [them] upon the altar.

וַיִּרְחַ֥ץ אֶת הַ־קֶּ֖רֶב וְאֶת הַ־כְּרָעָ֑יִם וַיַּקְטֵ֥ר עַל הָ־עֹלָ֖ה הַמִּזְבֵּֽחָה׃
14
καὶ ἔπλυνεν τὴν κοιλίαν καὶ τοὺς πόδας ὕδατι καὶ ἐπέθηκεν ἐπὶ τὸ ὁλοκαύτωμα ἐπὶ τὸ θυσιαστήριον.

וירחץ את הקרב ואת הכרעים ויקטר על העלה המזבחה

And he did wash the inwards and the legs, and burnt [them] upon the burnt offering on the altar.

וַיַּקְרֵ֕ב אֵ֖ת קָרְבַּ֣ן הָעָ֑ם וַיִּקַּ֞ח אֶת־שְׂעִ֤יר הַֽחַטָּאת֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר לָעָ֔ם וַיִּשְׁחָטֵ֥הוּ וַֽיְחַטְּאֵ֖הוּ כָּרִאשֽׁוֹן׃
15
Καὶ προσήνεγκαν τὸ δῶρον τοῦ λαοῦ · καὶ ἔλαβεν τὸν χίμαρον τὸν περὶ τῆς ἁμαρτίας τοῦ λαοῦ, καὶ ἔσφαξεν αὐτὸ καθὰ καὶ τὸ πρῶτον.

Et pro peccáto pópuli ófferens, mactávit hircum: expiatóque altári,

ויקריב את קרבן העם ויקח את־שׂעיר החטאת אשׁר לעם וישׁחטהו ויחטאהו כראישׁון
15
And he brought the people ’s offering, and took the goat, which [was] the sin offering for the people, and slew it, and offered it for sin, as the first.

וַיַּקְרֵ֖ב אֶת הָ־עֹלָ֑ה וַֽיַּעֲשֶׂ֖הָ כַּמִּשְׁפָּֽט׃

καὶ προσήνεγκεν τὸ ὁλοκαύτωμα, καὶ ἐποίησεν αὐτὸ ὡς καθήκει.

And he brought the burnt offering, and offered it according to the manner.

וַיַּקְרֵב֮ אֶת הַ־מִּנְחָה֒ וַיְמַלֵּ֤א כַפּוֹ֙ מִמֶּ֔נָּה וַיַּקְטֵ֖ר עַל הַ־מִּזְבֵּ֑חַ מִלְּבַ֖ד עֹלַ֥ת הַבֹּֽקֶר׃
17
καὶ προσήνεγκεν τὴν θυσίαν, καὶ ἔπλησεν τὰς χεῖρας ἀπ᾽ αὐτῆς, καὶ ἐπέθηκεν ἐπὶ τὸ θυσιαστήριον χωρὶς τοῦ ὁλοκαυτώματος τοῦ πρωινοῦ.

And he brought the meat offering, and took an handful thereof, and burnt [it] upon the altar, beside the burnt sacrifice of the morning.

וַיִּשְׁחַ֤ט אֶת הַ־שּׁוֹר֙ וְאֶת הָ־אַ֔יִל זֶ֥בַח הַשְּׁלָמִ֖ים אֲשֶׁ֣ר לָעָ֑ם וַ֠יַּמְצִאוּ בְּנֵ֨י אַהֲרֹ֤ן אֶת הַ־דָּם֙ אֵלָ֔יו וַיִּזְרְקֵ֥הוּ עַל הַ־מִּזְבֵּ֖חַ סָבִֽיב׃
18
καὶ ἔσφαξεν τὸν μόσχον καὶ τὸν κριὸν τῆς θυσίας τοῦ σωτηρίου τῆς τοῦ λαοῦ · καὶ προσήνεγκαν οἱ υἱοὶ Ἀαρὼν τὸ αἷμα πρὸς αὐτόν, καὶ προσέχεεν πρὸς τὸ θυσιαστήριον κύκλῳ · ⸆

Immolávit et bovem atque aríetem, hóstias pacíficas pópuli: obtulerúntque ei fílii sui sánguinem, quem fudit super altáre in circúitum.

וישׁחט את השׁור ואת האיל זבח השׁלמים אשׁר לעם וימציאו בני אהרן את הדם אליו ויזרקהו על המזבח סביב

He slew also the bullock and the ram [for] a sacrifice of peace offerings, which [was] for the people: and Aaron ’s sons presented unto him the blood, which he sprinkled upon the altar round about,

וְאֶת הַ־חֲלָבִ֖ים מִן הַ־שּׁ֑וֹר וּמִן הָ־אַ֔יִל הָֽאַלְיָ֤ה וְהַֽמְכַסֶּה֙ וְהַכְּלָיֹ֔ת וְיֹתֶ֖רֶת הַכָּבֵֽד׃
19
καὶ τὸ στέαρ τὸ ἀπὸ τοῦ μόσχου καὶ τοῦ κριοῦ, τὴν ὀσφὺν καὶ τὸ στέαρ τὸ κατακαλύπτον ἐπὶ τῆς κοιλίας καὶ τοὺς δύο νεφροὺς καὶ τὸ στέαρ τὸ ἐπ᾽ αὐτῶν καὶ τὸν λοβὸν τὸν ἐπὶ τοῦ ἥπατος ·

Adipem autem bovis, et caudam aríetis, renunculósque cum adípibus suis, et retículum iécoris,

And the fat of the bullock and of the ram, the rump, and that which covereth [the inwards], and the kidneys, and the caul [above] the liver:

וַיָּשִׂ֥ימוּ אֶת הַ־חֲלָבִ֖ים עַל הֶ־חָז֑וֹת וַיַּקְטֵ֥ר הַחֲלָבִ֖ים הַמִּזְבֵּֽחָה׃

καὶ ἐπέθηκεν τὰ στέατα ἐπὶ τὰ στηθύνια, καὶ ἀνήνεγκαν τὰ στέατα ἐπὶ τὸ θυσιαστήριον ·

posuérunt super péctora: cumque cremáti essent ádipes super altáre,

וישׂם את החלבים על החזות ויקטר החלבים המזבחה

And they put the fat upon the breasts, and he burnt the fat upon the altar:

וְאֵ֣ת הֶחָז֗וֹת וְאֵת֙ שׁ֣וֹק הַיָּמִ֔ין הֵנִ֧יף אַהֲרֹ֛ן תְּנוּפָ֖ה לִפְנֵ֣י יְהוָ֑ה כַּאֲשֶׁ֖ר צִוָּ֥ה מֹשֶֽׁה׃

καὶ τὸ στηθύνιον καὶ τὸν βραχίονα τὸν δεξιὸν ἀφεῖλεν Ἀαρὼν ἀφαίρεμα ἔναντι Κυρίου, ὃν τρόπον συνέταξεν Κύριος τῷ Μωυσῇ.

וַיִּשָּׂ֨א אַהֲרֹ֧ן אֶת יד־ו אֶל הָ־עָ֖ם וַֽיְבָרְכֵ֑ם וַיֵּ֗רֶד מֵעֲשֹׂ֧ת הַֽחַטָּ֛את וְהָעֹלָ֖ה וְהַשְּׁלָמִֽים׃

Καὶ ἐξάρας Ἀαρὼν τὰς χεῖρας ἐπὶ τὸν λαὸν εὐλόγησεν αὐτούς, καὶ κατέβη ποιήσας τὸ περὶ τῆς ἁμαρτίας καὶ τὰ ὁλοκαυτώματα καὶ τὰ τοῦ σωτηρίου.

Et exténdens manus ad pópulum, benedíxit ei. Sicque complétis hóstiis pro peccáto, et holocáustis, et pacíficis, descéndit.

וישׂא אהרן את ידו על העם ויברכם וירד מעשׂות החטאת והעלה והשׁלמים

And Aaron lifted up his hand toward the people, and blessed them, and came down from offering of the sin offering, and the burnt offering, and peace offerings.

καὶ εἰσῆλθεν Μωσῆς καὶ Ἀαρὼν εἰς τὴν σκηνὴν τοῦ μαρτυρίου, καὶ ἐξελθόντες εὐλόγησαν πάντα τὸν λαόν · καὶ ὤφθη ἡ δόξα Κυρίου παντὶ τῷ λαῷ.

Ingréssi autem Móyses et Aaron in tabernáculum testimónii, et deínceps egréssi, benedixérunt pópulo. Apparuítque glória Dómini omni multitúdini:

ויבא משׁה ואהרן אל־אהל מועד ויצאו ויברכו את העם וירא כבוד־יהוה אל־כל העם

And Moses and Aaron went into the tabernacle of the congregation, and came out, and blessed the people: and the glory of the LORD appeared unto all the people.

καὶ ἐξῆλθεν πῦρ παρὰ Κυρίου, καὶ κατέφαγεν τὰ ἐπὶ τοῦ θυσιαστηρίου, τά τε ὁλοκαυτώματα καὶ τὰ στέατα · καὶ εἶδεν πᾶς ὁ λαὸς καὶ ἐξέστη, καὶ ἔπεσαν ἐπὶ πρόσωπον.

et ecce egréssus ignis a Dómino, devorávit holocáustum, et ádipes qui erant super altáre. Quod cum vidíssent turbæ, laudavérunt Dóminum, ruéntes in fácies suas.

ותצא אשׁ מלפני יהוה ותאכל על המזבח את העלה ואת החלבים ויראו כל העם וירנו ויפלו על פניהם

And there came a fire out from before the LORD, and consumed upon the altar the burnt offering and the fat: [which] when all the people saw, they shouted, and fell on their faces.
