וַיֹּ֥אמֶר מֹשֶׁ֖ה אֶל־בְּנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל כְּכֹ֛ל אֲשֶׁר־צִוָּ֥ה יְהוָ֖ה אֶת־מֹשֶֽׁה׃ פ

Καὶ ἐλάλησεν Μωυσῆς τοῖς υἱοῖς Ἰσραὴλ κατὰ πάντα ὅσα ἐνετείλατο Κύριος τῷ Μωυσῇ.

Narravítque Móyses fíliis Israel ómnia quæ ei Dóminus imperárat:

ויאמר משׁה אל־בני ישׂראל ככל אשׁר־צוה יהוה את־משׁה

And Moses told the children of Israel according to all that the LORD commanded Moses.

καὶ ἐλάλησεν Μωυσῆς πρὸς τοὺς ἄρχοντας τῶν φυλῶν Ἰσραὴλ λέγων Τοῦτο τὸ ῥῆμα ὃ συνέταξεν Κύριος ·

et locútus est ad príncipes tríbuum filiórum Israel: Iste est sermo quem præcépit Dóminus:

וידבר משׁה אל־ראשׁי המטות לבני ישׂראל לאמר זה הדבר אשׁר צוה יהוה

And Moses spake unto the heads of the tribes concerning the children of Israel, saying, This [is] the thing which the LORD hath commanded.

אִישׁ֩ כִּֽי־יִדֹּ֨ר נֶ֜דֶר לַֽיהוָ֗ה אֽוֹ־הִשָּׁ֤בַע שְׁבֻעָה֙ לֶאְסֹ֤ר אִסָּר֙ עַל נַפְשׁ֔־וֹ לֹ֥א יַחֵ֖ל דְּבָר֑וֹ כְּכָל הַ־יֹּצֵ֥א מִפִּ֖יו יַעֲשֶֽׂה׃

ἄνθρωπος ἄνθρωπος ὃς ἂν εὔξηται εὐχὴν Κυρίῳ ἢ ὀμόσῃ ὅρκον ὁρισμῷ ἢ ὁρίσηται περὶ τῆς ψυχῆς αὐτοῦ, οὐ βεβηλώσει τὸ ῥῆμα αὐτοῦ · πάντα ὅσα ἐὰν ἐξέλθῃ ἐκ τοῦ στόματος αὐτοῦ ποιήσει

Si quis virórum votum Dómino vóverit, aut se constrínxerit iuraménto: non fáciet írritum verbum suum, sed omne quod promísit, implébit.

אישׁ כי־ידר נדר ליהוה או השׁבע שׁבועה לאסר אסר על נפשׁו לא יחל דבריו ככל היוצא מפיו יעשׂה

If a man vow a vow unto the LORD, or swear an oath to bind his soul with a bond; he shall not break his word, he shall do according to all that proceedeth out of his mouth.

If a woman also vow a vow unto the LORD, and bind [herself] by a bond, [being] in her father ’s house in her youth;

And her father hear her vow, and her bond wherewith she hath bound her soul, and her father shall hold his peace at her: then all her vows shall stand, and every bond wherewith she hath bound her soul shall stand.

ἐὰν δὲ ἀνανεύων ἀνανεύσῃ ὁ πατὴρ αὐτῆς ᾗ ἂν ἡμέρᾳ ἀκούσῃ πάσας τὰς εὐχὰς αὐτῆς καὶ τοὺς ὁρισμοὺς οὓς ὡρίσατο κατὰ τῆς ψυχῆς αὐτῆς, οὐ στήσονται · καὶ Κύριος καθαριεῖ αὐτήν, ὅτι ἀνένευσεν ὁ πατὴρ αὐτῆς.

Sin autem statim ut audíerit, contradíxerit pater: et vota et iuraménta eius írrita erunt, nec obnóxia tenébitur sponsióni, eo quod contradíxerit pater.

ואם הנא יניא אביה אתה ביום שׁמעו כל נדריה ואסריה אשׁר־אסרה על נפשׁה לא יקומו ויהוה יסלח לה כי־הניא אביה אתה

But if her father disallow her in the day that he heareth; not any of her vows, or of her bonds wherewith she hath bound her soul, shall stand: and the LORD shall forgive her, because her father disallowed her.

ἐὰν δὲ γενομένη γένηται ἀνδρί, καὶ αἱ εὐχαὶ αὐτῆς ἐπ᾽ αὐτῇ κατὰ τὴν διαστολὴν τῶν χειλέων αὐτῆς, οὓς ὡρίσατο κατὰ τῆς ψυχῆς αὐτῆς,

Si marítum habúerit, et vóverit áliquid, et semel de ore eius verbum egrédiens ánimam eius obligáverit iuraménto:

And if she had at all an husband, when she vowed, or uttered ought out of her lips, wherewith she bound her soul;

quo die audíerit vir, et non contradíxerit, voti rea erit, reddétque quodcúmque promíserat.

ושׁמע אישׁה ביום שׁמעו וחרישׁ לה וקמו כל נדריה ואסריה אשׁר־אסרה על נפשׁה יקומו

And her husband heard [it,] and held his peace at her in the day that he heard [it]: then her vows shall stand, and her bonds wherewith she bound her soul shall stand.

ואם ביום שׁמע אישׁה יניא אתה והפר את נדריה אשׁר עליה או מבטא שׂפתיה אשׁר אסרה על נפשׁה ויהוה יסלח לה

30:8
But if her husband disallowed her on the day that he heard [it]; then he shall make her vow which she vowed, and that which she uttered with her lips, wherewith she bound her soul, of none effect: and the LORD shall forgive her.

וְנֵ֥דֶר אַלְמָנָ֖ה וּגְרוּשָׁ֑ה כֹּ֛ל אֲשֶׁר־אָסְרָ֥ה עַל נַפְשָׁ֖־הּ יָק֥וּם עָלֶֽיהָ׃

καὶ εὐχὴ χήρας καὶ ἐκβεβλημένης, ὅσα ἂν εὔξηται κατὰ τῆς ψυχῆς αὐτῆς, μενοῦσιν αὐτῇ.

But every vow of a widow, and of her that is divorced, wherewith they have bound their souls, shall stand against her.

ἐὰν δὲ ἐν τῷ οἴκῳ τοῦ ἀνδρὸς αὐτῆς ἡ εὐχὴ αὐτῆς ἢ ὁ ὁρισμὸς κατὰ τῆς ψυχῆς αὐτῆς μεθ᾽ ὅρκου,

Uxor in domo viri cum se voto constrínxerit et iuraménto,

And if she vowed in her husband ’s house, or bound her soul by a bond with an oath;

καὶ ἀκούσῃ ὁ ἀνὴρ αὐτῆς, καὶ παρασιωπήσῃ αὐτῇ καὶ μὴ ἀνανεύσῃ αὐτῇ · καὶ στήσονται πᾶσαι αἱ εὐχαὶ αὐτῆς, καὶ πάντες οἱ ὁρισμοὶ αὐτῆς οὓς ὡρίσατο κατὰ τῆς ψυχῆς αὐτῆς στήσονται κατ᾽ αὐτῆς.

וְאִם־הָפֵר֩ יָפֵ֨ר אֹתָ֥ם ׀ אִישָׁהּ֮ בְּי֣וֹם שָׁמְעוֹ֒ כָּל־מוֹצָ֨א שְׂפָתֶ֧יהָ לִנְדָרֶ֛יהָ וּלְאִסַּ֥ר נַפְשָׁ֖הּ לֹ֣א יָק֑וּם אִישָׁ֣הּ הֲפֵרָ֔ם וַיהוָ֖ה יִֽסְלַֽח לָֽ־הּ׃

ἐὰν δὲ περιελὼν περιέλῃ ὁ ἀνὴρ αὐτῆς ᾗ ἂν ἡμέρᾳ ἀκούσῃ πάντα, ὅσα ἐὰν ἐξέλθῃ ἐκ τῶν χειλέων αὐτῆς κατὰ τὰς εὐχὰς αὐτῆς καὶ κατὰ τοὺς ὁρισμοὺς τοὺς κατὰ τῆς ψυχῆς αὐτῆς, οὐ μενεῖ αὐτῇ · ὁ ἀνὴρ αὐτῆς περιεῖλεν, καὶ Κύριος καθαρίσει αὐτήν.

Sin autem extémplo contradíxerit, non tenébitur promissiónis rea: quia marítus contradíxit, et Dóminus ei propítius erit.

ואם־הפר יפיר אתם אישׁה ביום שׁמעו כל־מוצא שׂפתיה לנדריה ולאסר נפשׁה לא יקומו אישׁה הפירם ויהוה יסלח לה

But if her husband hath utterly made them void on the day he heard [them; then] whatsoever proceeded out of her lips concerning her vows, or concerning the bond of her soul, shall not stand: her husband hath made them void; and the LORD shall forgive her.

כָּל־נֵ֛דֶר וְכָל־שְׁבֻעַ֥ת אִסָּ֖ר לְעַנֹּ֣ת נָ֑פֶשׁ אִישָׁ֥הּ יְקִימֶ֖נּוּ וְאִישָׁ֥הּ יְפֵרֶֽנּוּ׃
14
πᾶσα εὐχὴ καὶ πᾶς ὅρκος δεσμοῦ κακῶσαι ψυχήν, ὁ ἀνὴρ αὐτῆς στήσει αὐτῇ καὶ ὁ ἀνὴρ αὐτῆς περιελεῖ.

Si vóverit, et iuraménto se constrínxerit, ut per ieiúnium, vel ceterárum rerum abstinéntiam afflígat ánimam suam, in arbítrio viri erit ut fáciat, sive non fáciat.

כל־נדר וכל שׁבועת אסר לענות נפשׁ אישׁה יקימנו ואישׁה יפירנו

30:13
Every vow, and every binding oath to afflict the soul, her husband may establish it, or her husband may make it void.

וְאִם־הַחֲרֵשׁ֩ יַחֲרִ֨ישׁ לָ֥הּ אִישָׁהּ֮ מִיּ֣וֹם אֶל־יוֹם֒ וְהֵקִים֙ אֶת־כָּל נְדָרֶ֔י־הָ א֥וֹ אֶת־כָּל אֱסָרֶ֖י־הָ אֲשֶׁ֣ר עָלֶ֑יהָ הֵקִ֣ים אֹתָ֔ם כִּי־הֶחֱרִ֥שׁ לָ֖הּ בְּי֥וֹם שָׁמְעֽוֹ׃
15
ἐὰν δὲ σιωπῶν παρασιωπήσῃ αὐτῇ ἡμέραν ἐξ ἡμέρας, καὶ στήσει αὐτῇ πάσας τὰς εὐχὰς αὐτῆς, καὶ τοὺς ὁρισμοὺς τοὺς ἐπ᾽ αὐτῆς στήσει αὐτῇ, ὅτι ἐσιώπησεν αὐτῇ τῇ ἡμέρᾳ ἣν ἤκουσεν.

Quod si áudiens vir tacúerit, et in álteram diem distúlerit senténtiam, quidquid vóverat atque promíserat, reddet: quia statim ut audívit, tácuit.

ואם החרישׁ יחרישׁ לה אישׁה מיום אל־יום והקם את־כל נדריה או את־כל אסריה אשׁר עליה הקים אתם כי חרישׁ לה ביום שׁמעו

But if her husband altogether hold his peace at her from day to day; then he establisheth all her vows, or all her bonds, which [are] upon her: he confirmeth them, because he held his peace at her in the day that he heard [them].

וְאִם־הָפֵ֥ר יָפֵ֛ר אֹתָ֖ם אַחֲרֵ֣י שָׁמְע֑וֹ וְנָשָׂ֖א אֶת עֲוֺנָֽ־הּ׃

ἐὰν δὲ περιελὼν περιέλῃ αὐτῆς μετὰ τὴν ἡμέραν ἣν ἤκουσεν, καὶ λήμψεται τὴν ἁμαρτίαν αὐτοῦ.

Sin autem contradíxerit postquam rescívit, portábit ipse iniquitátem eius.

ואם־הפר יפיר אתם אחרי שׁמעו ונשׂא את עונו

But if he shall any ways make them void after that he hath heard [them]; then he shall bear her iniquity.

אֵ֣לֶּה הַֽחֻקִּ֗ים אֲשֶׁ֨ר צִוָּ֤ה יְהוָה֙ אֶת־מֹשֶׁ֔ה בֵּ֥ין אִ֖ישׁ לְאִשְׁתּ֑וֹ בֵּֽין־אָ֣ב לְבִתּ֔וֹ בִּנְעֻרֶ֖יהָ בֵּ֥ית אָבִֽיהָ׃ פ

ταῦτα τὰ δικαιώματα ὅσα ἐνετείλατο Κύριος τῷ Μωυσῇ ἀνὰ μέσον ἀνδρὸς καὶ γυναικὸς αὐτοῦ, καὶ ἀνὰ μέσον πατρὸς καὶ θυγατρὸς ἐν νεότητι ἐν οἴκῳ πατρός.

Istæ sunt leges, quas constítuit Dóminus Móysi inter virum et uxórem, inter patrem et fíliam, quæ in puellári adhuc ætáte est, vel quæ manet in paréntis domo.

אלה החקים אשׁר צוה יהוה את־משׁה בין אישׁ לאשׁתו ובין־אב לבתו בנעריה בבית אביה

30:16
These [are] the statutes, which the LORD commanded Moses, between a man and his wife, between the father and his daughter, [being yet] in her youth in her father ’s house.
